Had an issue with a scam and was told to come into the bank for more help, didn't help any more than on the phone and didn't even file a claim with zelle to get my money back, which I had to call again to do.

I walked in to the branch today and was greeted by Matthew Dean. He is friendly and helped me with all my business account questions. Highly recommend seeing him at this branch.
