“Thank goodness for this branch! I used to bank with the Irvine branch, but approximately a month ago, I went in to open a checking account in which I was told by the tellers that they were too busy to help me and that I would need to open the account online. Opening the account online had complications and after much frustration, the tellers at the Tustin branch were the only people who were wiling to help set it right. Even though it ended up taking 3 days and 3 trips back to the branch to get everything fixed, they were able to figure it out and never once told me they were too busy to help. I also filed a complaint against the Irvine branch over the phone, since all this occurred due to them refusing to help me open a checking account in person, in which I was told that a branch manager would call me (they never did). In contrast, the Tustin branch went completely out of their way to fix the Irvine branch's mistake. They deserve to be recognized for their wonderful customer service. Needless to say, Tustin is my new Branch ...I won't be going back to Irvine and advise others not to use it either.”

“Stepping into the world of grown-ups with my recently-turned-18-year-old meant tackling some real-life stuff, like opening her first bank account. We went with Citibank. A simple phone call and they squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day. We got lucky with Roberto Castillo. He knew just what we needed and gave us the lowdown on banking and credit, explaining it all to my daughter in terms that made sense. And he did it all with a smile and a warm attitude. The real highlight was when my daughter went to deposit her first paycheck. She had a figure in her mind, a nice round number, that she expected to see on that piece of paper. But when she finally broke the seal on that envelope, let's just say, reality hit her. She hadn't factored in taxes, so seeing a smaller number was a bit of a shocker. Life lesson learned! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and easy, and even fun. Roberto made the whole thing less intimidating and more of a learning experience. Citibank made what could have been a boring chore into a memorable event for a big life milestone. All in all, a good day in the world of adulting.”

“Visited this branch a few weeks ago and had a great experience opening a new account. I wasn't sure about the process as I recently relocated to the USA from Australia where bank branch trips are dreaded normally for me.Upon arriving Ash Nguyen took time to help me understand what I will need, and proceeded to book me an appointment for 25 minutes later with Sofia Hong. During this time, Ash and Sofia kept discussing and informing me what I need to do to help speed up the process, unfortunately i didn't have an SSN available or the ability to start the application on the mobile app but they reassured me that would be fine.The meeting came with Sofia and within 15 or so minutes I had an account created, card on the way and a future meeting booked.Overall great experience, good location with lots of parking and lovely to talk with Ash and Sofia who bring a fun, energetic and personalized touch to the normally stale banking experience.”

“This is where you should bank. Mark D created my account. He was very patient and extremely professional. White Glove and Red Carpet all the way. Mark called me the following Monday and we set up my online preferences for a half hour on the phone. Who else does that? This is a gold standard way of operation. I have expertise in customer service. There is no company i have ever done business with that offer's even close to what this branch of F&M offes Period. Nothing like it. This branch goes above and beyond. I will be a life long account holder here. Any company who wants to learn about how to go above and beyond should open an account here and take notes.”
