I've been here a number of times in the past year, when traveling. Usually I was helped by a banker named Gabriela De Taranto who has a knack for brightening a day.
Every time I went in for a small errand, I left feeling good. Friendliest smile and warmest greeting in Tustin. I'm not sure what her official position is, but I'm certain she's a great asset. Kudos.”

“My wife and I left the Citibank on Barranca Pkwy, where we encountered rude treatment from the staff. They provided no assistance and simply used the excuse of our appointment time being over to usher us out. Feeling disheartened, we searched for nearby Citibank branches on Google Maps and found this one. Since we didn't have an appointment, we walked in with a hopeful mindset. Here, we met Lily Villegas, who provided us with exceptional care and service. She spent two hours helping us communicate with phone support and continuously reassured us. Finally, before closing time, she resolved all our issues. It's unbelievable that my wife and I flew back from China specifically to handle our account problems, only to be treated so rudely at the Citibank on Barranca Pkwy. Lily Villegas's service has restored my faith in Citibank.”

“This is where you should bank. Mark D created my account. He was very patient and extremely professional. White Glove and Red Carpet all the way. Mark called me the following Monday and we set up my online preferences for a half hour on the phone. Who else does that? This is a gold standard way of operation. I have expertise in customer service. There is no company i have ever done business with that offer's even close to what this branch of F&M offes Period. Nothing like it. This branch goes above and beyond. I will be a life long account holder here. Any company who wants to learn about how to go above and beyond should open an account here and take notes.”
