I put in a request for a new key for my home mailbox almost 2 months ago and still have not received it. I’ve visited USPS literally 4 times to check the status of my new key, but they keep saying to check back the following week. This is the worst establishment and customer service I’ve ever experienced in the city of Tustin.

I’m an introvert so when I need to ship packages I usually do them alone with the self service machines. 10/10 best location

I have had a horrible experience where they lost my very valuable package and have been super unhelpful. I think Jackie should be fired as she as no customer service skills. I live far and I was on the phone with her explaining the importance of this package to me and she hung up the phone.

Wonderful service! Was able to fix a problem that was totally my fault in just a few minutes, resulting in a speedy delivery! Went above and beyond.

Expect an insane line (especially on the weekend) There’s almost always 3 workers and they always make the same one do allll the work. She’s a trooper, I wish I’d got her name, she always wears a mask and has an accent, I’ll update this next time I go. She needs to be manager for get a massive raise. Making her ring up 40 people after close all alone! Insane!

Literally the slowest and worst USPS I’ve been to. I understand they are under staffed and need help, but they could at least let us know that instead of letting the 30 people the have in line just stand there. There’s one lady who was initially helping, but then disappeared to the back for 20 minutes and came back out to help the people at the automated kiosk. Please just hire more people or train the other workers to do the front desk job.

The USPS needs to be privatized. This location is an example as to why.

Exceptional customer service. I ship every day and have use many different post office locations in the past. I have to say that this Tustin, CA location is by far the best I have used. Always friendly, always helpful, always professional.

I came in with a complaint and was told to go around to another window where someone would help me. I've been standing here 15 minutes and still waiting. I guess they hope you'll leave before they get there? Their way of avoiding having to record complaints? This is how important they consider customer satisfaction? Like all government offices, it's obviously not what they are concerned about. Another branch we need to replace.

I pay $160 a year for a P.O. Box and now all of the sudden they aren’t open after hours. I work weird hours and I’m not the only person that does. How about you reopen the side with the boxes we pay for?! OR AT LEAST PUT OUT A SIGN ON THE DANG WINDOW THAT SHOWS WHAT TIMES THE P.O. BOX LOBBY IS OPEN! what a waste of time and gas to the post office.

Well what can I say, I had 65 wedding invitations that were HIGHLY EXPENSIVE and very personalized. All letter press and hand stamped by the postal worker. I actually met with 4 different postal workers to ensure the wedding invitations would be sent and paid extra postage.... back in early March. I noticed that many people had not yet responded now that it is June. I ordered special stamps and had the invitations hand stamped and was ensured the invites were correct postage and would be sent immediately. As it turns about approximately 25% of the invites never received their destination and were NEVER returned in the mail to me. Invites were just simply LOST or withheld by a postal worker.
When I went back to the post office to question and investigate why my wedding invitations never reached their destination I received a simple "we don't know" and I was told that they really can't guarantee delivery of mail. Wow, if the postal service can no longer guarantee mail delivery... we have a problem.
I will say that the postal workers are all very nice and polite. They simply can't control the postal service and the process which seems to be incredibly flawed.
We have come full circle to The Pony Express.
