Inconsistent, for 28 years mostly great, new carrier is an upgrade. Recently under staffed, no concern for theft, mailed a package with a knitted hat I made and had it returned for postage. Not sure what is changing but does not seem to be for the better.

Awful. Terrible service. super unhelpful. I was just there to pick up a package. No special requests nothing. I've been standing here for going on 12 minutes and still no package. Aaaand cool the tracking says it's here but they've lost it. Use FedEx people

Always busy but that's not a bad thing. Super friendly super knowledgeable people. Once I was helped 15 seconds later I was walking away happy. Cost me zero dollars. Cant beat that.
