Had to wait a bit here before being assisted by a banker but had no problems otherwise.

I do not recommend this location for prime nor premier checking. It works well if one needs a quick ATM withdraw. But tellers are not trained to give advice?!? And to speak to a banker, one needs to make an appointment.
