Just went earlier today and had a pleasant experience with Luis! he was very friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to the issues i was having with my phone for quite a while and helped me fix them. Overall, excellent service.

It was horrible dealing with the customer service 611 line they were no help at all and had me on hold forever with a simple issue. I decided to drive down to AT&T at the pear tree plaza and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to the assistant manager Luis was very quick and professional!
