“I switched to AT&T about 6 months ago from having Verizon for my cell service and switched to AT&T from Xfinity cable for my internet service at home. By switching to you guys I saved over $200! Thank you! Recently I had an issue with my iPhone I received when I changed to AT&T. I thought for sure I was going to have to get a replacement. I went into the AT&T store in Ukiah CA and right away Miguel greeted me then looked at my iPhone and knew exactly what the issue was! I had inadvertently pressed a side button 3 times in a row and messed up the phone’s settings! He explained what happened and then promptly fixed it! I was so relieved that I didn’t have to order a new phone! I’m a senior citizen and Miguel treated me with so much respect! I don’t normally leave reviews when I visit a store but Miguel was so friendly and helpful that I just wanted to commend AT&T for hiring such a wonderful person! He is truly a real asset to your company! Thank you!”
