I bought my mom the new galaxy flip phone specifically for the AI/translation benefits and Carlos was so patient and kind with my mother in teaching her how to use the new phone and transferring data from her old phone to her new phone. She called me afterwards and sang his praises about how well he taught her how to use the phone and was so wonderful after she initially did not have a good experience with the first customer service agent who had told her "this is not a school" rudely when she had questions about her phone.
