“Got my car stolen and the recovered and Caliber came up to Oakland to tow it back to the shop for me. They worked pretty quickly to order parts and got my keyhole fixed and reprogrammed, fixed the steering column due to hot wiring. They also fixed our grill. Invoice was about $1200 and deductible $500 with my insurance. I appreciate how they provided updates on the progression of the repairs. No issues. Claude says pricing fair for the Bay Area as well.”

Anthony's (Service Writer) enthusiasm is infectious and Dominic (Technician) worked wonders on my S5. I had a bunch of work done and I could not be happier with the outcome. If you are looking to upgrade your Audi or VW, these are the guys for the job. I did a bunch of suspension upgrades as well as the ECU and TCU Stage 2+ upgrade. The car is quick!”

“I took my 2012 Honda Accord to DG Auto Body to have a loose bumper repaired, a paint scratch touched up, and a damaged visor replaced. Even though mine was a minor job, I was treated as if it was as important as any other. Freddy gave me good advice on the most sensible ways to do the repairs, so that I wasn't overspending on a car that was 14 years old. The work was done within a week of me signing the contract, took about two hours, and turned out beautifully. They even washed the car, I assume because of the touch up paint they had to do, but they did an excellent job.”

“I’ve had a great experience working with the team at Unplugged Performance in Fremont. I especially want to recognize Bennett, Derek, and Michael for the level of customer service and support they’ve provided.
I had a persistent suspension/clunking issue on my Model Y that wasn’t particularly easy to diagnose. Rather than brushing it off or simply throwing parts at the problem, the team continued working through it, troubleshooting different components and ultimately identifying an issue with the lower control arm. After replacing it, the clunk was eliminated.
What I appreciate most is their willingness to stand behind their work and keep working toward a solution. Bennett, Derek, and Michael have all been knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in getting the car right.
I’ve done a number of upgrades to my Model Y, and having a local shop with this level of Tesla-specific knowledge is extremely valuable. I highly recommend the Fremont team and appreciate everything they’ve done for me and my car.”
“WD is in the same complex as my office. The team is always friendly and welcoming. Had a small leak and it was not repairable. WD quoted me a new set of 4, and their pricing was very reasonable. “I had my 330Ci E46 subframe reinforcement and bushings done here. This is an excellent enthusiast-focused shop. I received pictures along the way documenting progress on the project. The car handles very well with the new subframe bushings. The subframe reinforcement also looks great.
I later returned to diagnose an exhaust pinging noise I was hearing at high rpm. With the data I provided, a compression test was performed and examination of the exhaust. They correctly diagnosed a clogged catalytic converter which is a pretty uncommon issue on e46.
Ended up returning later for diagnosis of coolant loss and it ended up being the thermostat leaking a small amount of coolant only with the car running. Stewart water pump and thermostat installed same day at a competitive market rate.”

“Excellent service from start to finish! I had a Saturday morning oil change at 7:40 AM, and the staff checked me in right away despite the weekend rush. They even completed the service ahead of schedule. The newly renovated waiting lounge is spacious and spotless, with dedicated workspaces. “Purchased a high end car from Arun at We Are Driven via Bring a Trailer. Arun inspired a ton of confidence and was super helpful throughout. He was very open about the small issues the vehicle had, and on the day of pick up even fixed a loose undertray which he obviously could have let me drive away with.
Was very helpful in getting me through the transaction which I had no idea how to do, got me the temp plates I needed etc.. he gave me a full tutorial on the car and was very flexible with me as I took work calls during pick up etc.
I would absolutely do business here again.”

If you are looking to have work done, they have a garage for installs as well. I wanted to install stuff myself so I didn’t do that.
