“I cannot say enough great things about this establishment! My car was damaged from a hit and run, and I had never dealt with anything like that before. I called a place in Hayward, but the guy was rude and short and took forever to get back to me. I called Union City Auto Body, and Mike was able to help me right away. He was quick to pick up, answered all my questions, and contacted me throughout the entire process to give me updates.
Ivan, the manager there, was also incredibly helpful! Really nice and explained everything to me without all the complicated jargon, because I don’t know anything about cars lol. They also helped to explain insurance stuff, how the process usually works, and how long the duration would be.
They did a great job repairing my car, and they even cleaned inside and washed it! I am blown away by the customer service and quality of service they did on my car. 10/10 reccommend!”

“Our Subaru needed work and Gary and his guys took a look at it. After calling a local dealership for parts he told me the repair could actually be covered under warranty, saving us almost $4000. Ramon, I believe to be the owner, did my oil change and valve cover gasket for a great price last week and this week checked my car for free. He told me what was really going on with my car and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I use to work for Pepboys and I know when someone is trying to up-sell their service for no necessary reason. I truly appreciate his honesty with my husbands car and now mine. “My work had shelving installed in a 2021 transit 250 and they did a great job. Took a little long since they are understaffed but Phron (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) stayed open 20-30 minutes past closing so we could pick the van up and had great customer service. My work just had basic shelving and partition installed but it looks great and will be put to good use!”

“Update for July!!! I haven't been here in a few months as I usually like to pay with cash and didn't have any cash on hand, I use tap to pay. I stopped by last week and was delighted to see that they have tap to pay and new kiosk in every stall!! The price they note on the board is also for the card payment. It was a nice surprise!”
“One of our tires was slowly leaking air. We finally got the chance to go to this location to see if it can get it fixed. We didn’t have an appointment but was able to do a drop in (same day appointment). The location felt busy but it wasn’t bad at all. Make sure you have enough time in between. The overall time took about 2.5 hr. So happy to hear our tire was patched and didn’t need to buy a new tire. Thank you for doing honest business! The staffs were also nice and seemed to care. Next time if I need tires replacement I would definitely go to American Tires.”
