Ramon, I believe to be the owner, did my oil change and valve cover gasket for a great price last week and this week checked my car for free. He told me what was really going on with my car and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I use to work for Pepboys and I know when someone is trying to up-sell their service for no necessary reason. I truly appreciate his honesty with my husbands car and now mine. Although, I will be buying a new car (my 01 Honda Civic is done now) I will definitely bring any and all future cars to Mitsu Auto!”

“They were very helpful and accommodating, ordering all of the parts beforehand for my repair so that, once the parts got there, I could drop off my car and they did all of the repairs in a few days instead of the weeks that other repair shops were telling me. When I picked up my car, I discovered the drivers side mirror wasn't functioning properly so they immediately ordered a new one, and when it came in, I just brought my car back and they replaced it within an hour or so, along with a piece of my moonroof that had some damage from the accident that I hadn't noticed before (but they caught the first time while fixing my car). Great staff.”

“I had a flat and came here to get it inspected. The wait was long, but I expected this since I didn't make an appointment. Once I walked in I spoke with a kind worker who added me to the wait list. I had to wait around an hour for my car to be seen. From there, the worker did a general inspection and said he would try to fix it once there was an open spot in the garage. From there, my car was added to the website and I was able to check the status online. I was very satisfied with the customer service here! Although there was a long wait, everyone was working so hard and helped answer any questions I had.”

“Very pleased with my experience. Previous oil changes I’ve needed an appointment just to wait an hour before my service is started. I pulled right in and the team hopped right in to give me my oil change options and let me know if any low or poor fluids that needed to be replaced. That's literally it. I also would like to add they are short staffed in this department so sometimes they close early. So my recommendation is to come to this location early if you desire service in the future after making an appointment in person.”
