I called a place in Hayward, but the guy was rude and short and took forever to get back to me. I called Union City Auto Body, and Mike was able to help me right away. He was quick to pick up, answered all my questions, and contacted me throughout the entire process to give me updates.

Ivan, the manager there, was also incredibly helpful! Really nice and explained everything to me without all the complicated jargon, because I don’t know anything about cars lol. They also helped to explain insurance stuff, how the process usually works, and how long the duration would be.

They did a great job repairing my car, and they even cleaned inside and washed it! I am blown away by the customer service and quality of service they did on my car. 10/10 reccommend!”

You can go to their shop and or they can come to you wherever you’re at even though you make a timeslot it’s still somewhat works around your schedule. The technicians are super friendly. I love how they call ahead of time to make sure to let you know when they’re gonna come so you could still plan your day around their time schedule and I think everything just works out for the best”
