I was referred to PGL by a local outfit that didn't do cross country. Joe and his crew scooped this fragile piece up, crated in, sent me images of the crating process(!), and got it there in time. The kicker was the skinny side street the client lived on couldn't handle the big rig so the shipper's agent wheeled the crate down the block. Nothing but the highest praise.”

“Located inside of island pacific market, small little kiosk on the left corner when walking in. Been going here for years, same nice Tita has been working there as long as I can remember. Borrow the Dolley that's outsiden& Bring your box right outside the door, she will tag your box with a sticker then fill out form for payment. Pay about $75 for Bicol/Albay. So far all my boxes have arrived and no issues.”

“No ling lines and super friendly staff. Been going here for over 30 years now and still getting the same courtesy and care. The asian and hispanic ladies are awesome and very friendly and even reminded me of stamps if we needed more etc. Dont believe the bad reviews and just drop by and experience for yourself. Shorter lines , street parking only and 2 mail box outside for drop off.”

“We paid $73 to ship a regular Balikbayan box size + bulilit.. Shipped December 1, 2023 short snag in Seoul Korea mid January 2024. Finally arrived in Lucena City, Quezon Province on January 30, 2024 2 Months now and more expensive. Though the bulilit is a nice bonus and added value.”

“I've been coming here for years. They're the best. Simply bring your stuff to them and they'll pack and take care of the rest. They don't nickel and dime you on hidden fees like other places. They never charge for boxes nor fees to pack the stuff for you. You may save a few cents over the other places but with their hidden fees, you end up paying a lot more. “Leaving this review because of Lashly. This is my go-to place for returns and it’s always been a breeze. I’m so glad they moved ‘coz I prefer this location than the one by Rite Aid. And on Sundays when they have shortened hours and there’s only one person in the store, the line seems to go so much faster. Lashly is always pleasant with every customer even when the line seems to be non-stop. It’s a hit and miss on other days…you might get a smile from the others (or not), but it’s a given when Lashly is around.”

“Jocelyn was great. I had to return a package and all I had was an email with a shipping label as an attachment. She helped me send the attachment to an e-mail address that would in turn send me a code that would allow me to print a shipping label. The process is a good deal more complicated than. returning something to Amazon through UPS and without her help I would have had a difficult time of it.
