“Leaving this review because of Lashly. This is my go-to place for returns and it’s always been a breeze. I’m so glad they moved ‘coz I prefer this location than the one by Rite Aid. And on Sundays when they have shortened hours and there’s only one person in the store, the line seems to go so much faster. Lashly is always pleasant with every customer even when the line seems to be non-stop. It’s a hit and miss on other days…you might get a smile from the others (or not), but it’s a given when Lashly is around.”

“Jocelyn was great. I had to return a package and all I had was an email with a shipping label as an attachment. She helped me send the attachment to an e-mail address that would in turn send me a code that would allow me to print a shipping label. The process is a good deal more complicated than. returning something to Amazon through UPS and without her help I would have had a difficult time of it. Thank you for your patience Jocelyn, you rock.”
