I couldn't have gotten it done without them. This location is less crowded and more laid back than some others.”

“I've went to this guy for years and he's always been reliable and accommodating for anything from routine to new needs. I've learned as a customer how to be efficient in preparation to make the most of my project and least of my time. Sad to see that the new location got smaller but the service is the same. Leaving 5 stars because it's the only place in the area I will really need whether long or short notice projects. Hang with it because it's going to be fair and quality in perfect balance.”
“Amazing people who work here who are so willing to help, are extremely friendly and will answer all of your questions. My go to spot for dropping off Ground packages (Fedex or UPS personally) and are a LIFE SAVER when I need a particular box size for something, or if my label won't scan, they can even relabel it for you for a VERY small cost (like under $2)”

I live in Castro Valley & I DO NOT MIND traveling a little further to do business at this location!! They provided great customer service & were exceptional!”

“Have had good experiences with this place before. Yesterday however, the man at the desk said that my preprinted label was good for the postage but the box needed to be sealed with tape that he could sell me a roll for about $10. I went to a nearby shop and they had the kindness to seal the box with the tape most people in a shop/home have. UPS in NY always put a strip of tape as a courtesy.”

“I’d give the UPS Store on Hopyard 5 stars. The young guy working there is quick, efficient, and very friendly.
Compared to the older guy at the Santa Rita location and the lady at the Pimlico location, the difference in customer service is night and day. Those two really have some of the worst attitudes I’ve seen in Pleasanton.”
