“Dropped off a box for USPS pickup and was advised the package would be returned to me because it was a priority box for a ground shipment. They immediately started looking for another spare box for me and helped me re-package my shipment all at no-cost. USPS or any other courier would have never done this. I highly recommend Postal Annex!”

“The ladies that work at this location were great. I unfortunately forgot the name of who helped me return a bunch of ATT and Comcast modems, but she was very patient and tried multiple different things to get the modem returns working. I couldn't have gotten it done without them. This location is less crowded and more laid back than some others.”

“I've went to this guy for years and he's always been reliable and accommodating for anything from routine to new needs. I've learned as a customer how to be efficient in preparation to make the most of my project and least of my time. Sad to see that the new location got smaller but the service is the same. Leaving 5 stars because it's the only place in the area I will really need whether long or short notice projects. Hang with it because it's going to be fair and quality in perfect balance.”

“This UPS location is located in a large plaza so parking is really easy. There’s an employee there named Cora who is the best! She’s always smiling, greeting everyone who comes in, thanking you when you leave, and she’s super efficient. I’ve gone in there on a Monday morning right when they open with the line out the door. Cora was the only one working and she knocked it out of the ballpark. Our wait time was minimal and she even stopped to replenish a receipt roll in one of the machines for a customer in the middle of it all. I know this UPS location has gotten low ratings in the past, but things have changed for the better all thanks to employees like Cora! I hope her company/boss is reading this and knows that she is a valuable addition to not only the company/store but to our community!”

“This Post Office is located in the San Leandro Plaza and is open on Saturdays!!When I do have to mail a package, this is where I go!! The main reasons for that is that they usually have multiple windows open and they are open on Saturdays, the only day that I really have time for this. Now, sometimes on said Saturdays there's a long line here, but it moves along decently. The postal workers here are friendly and polite also!!”

“I had confused this location with the other UPS location near the Lucky's off of A St on Mission and found 2 bitter older ladies working at that location. I live in Castro Valley & I DO NOT MIND traveling a little further to do business at this location!! They provided great customer service & were exceptional!”

“I cannot thank Andretti at the Menlo Park UPS Store enough for his incredible professionalism, empathy, and outstanding customer service today. I walked in dealing with a highly stressful digital security crisis and a pending police report that left me unable to safely access my email on my phone. To make things harder, the store’s customer computer was down. While an employee at a different UPS Store completely turned me away under these exact same technical constraints, Andretti immediately stepped up to problem-solve. He safely accepted my files via AirDrop to ensure my urgent 12-page document and cover sheet could be printed, organized, and faxed immediately. He was kind, patient, and completely focused on helping a customer in a tough spot. Andretti turned a terrible day around and showed what true customer service looks like. This store has earned a customer for life because of him!”
