I’m from Hayward but I always come here. Customer service is superb! Excellent service! Both the ladies(maybe Filipino) are very kind, courteous and know their craft. Makes my transaction easier and not stressful even the line is long.

Update：The office is now open. Visited 4/13/2025 to mail out tax return. FYI: This office is closed . I found out the front door is boarded up today (1/22/2025) when I went to mail somthing.
