Glenetta Fleming handled our account from the beginning to signing and she is scrupulously organized, outstanding communication and follow-through, and has treated our small business with the utmost professionalism. I called her on Friday at 3 pm asking for a letter to one of our vendors, fully expecting to hear back the following week. I had the letter WITHIN AN HOUR! Do all my business online and have never had a problem, I didn't even know they had in person service. So my 4 stars is for Online. “I've only been to this Wells Fargo Bank in Upland maybe once or twice. It's really not on my way to my Mom's house or on my way home. But if I happen to be in the vicinity and I need to get some banking transactions taken care of, then I'll drop in.Anyway, it's a decent size bank. Not too many bank tellers available when I was here. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry to get some place otherwise I would have went somewhere else. I normally don't walk into a bank to get stuff done unless I have to. I prefer to use the ATM... it's just more convenient. Staff was okay. Transaction was smooth.Don't know when I'll be back again. “I came in today looking to consolidate some of my credit cards into one credit card. I was first helped at the bank teller desk by Susan, who checked me in. I was then escorted to an office by Amy who helped me with the rest of the process. Amy was very professional & knowledgeable. She made the process very smooth and explained everything to me. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. She was able to help me consolidate two credit cards with 0% for 15 months! I'm very happy with my experience and definitely recommend Amy for all your financial needs!”

“We were there to close a account , we had a appointment at 9 am. We walked in at 9 on the pin. Was greeted by a pleasant lady who directed us to Willow. We waited less than a min and then did our business . One to ten the experience was a ten. This young lady was extremely pleasant and got the job done. Would recommend seeing her for account opening or closing. Was nice to deal with someone who cared . More than impressed”

Thank you.WORST customer service ever! Why? No one answers the phone and they don't call you back! I left a message with Ms. Garcia, Relationship Manager at this Campus Avenue Upland location. She gave me her business card to call her directly because no one answers the branch phone. She didn't call me back ... 4 days now, no call back. I am a preferred platinum honors member because we opened 3 trust accounts with my mom's estate money when we sold her home. It was recommended by my siblings. I never had BofA before. I'm a Chase customer. NEVER WILL OPEN ANOTHER BofA account. NEVER EVER!”
