“Today went into this Chaffey C.U. This is my first time coming into this Chaffey. I used to go to the one on Azusa. Tricia, the teller assisted me today. Tricia was courteous, nice and very thoughtful. I conducted my transaction. She even wished me a happy belated birthday and asked what did I do. We had a very nice talk. “I have had a Charles Schwab Checking and Brokerage accounts for several years.. The reason I have their accounts is for International travel. Do all my business online and have never had a problem, I didn't even know they had in person service. So my 4 stars is for Online. It is apparent( from Reviews) that the Branch service is Systemically Broken. That is not acceptable.”
“Utterly underrated and underappreciated. When I was around last month, the branch manager Patty showed utter care to me when I visited last month and today as I walked in to seek more info. on opening a bank and credit account. Aleena (who I’m sad is no longer an employee there) also presented good information and was hospitable, kind, and caring-I feel more than welcomed walking in there. Today, when I opened my account and came in early, Leslie who assisted me walked me through everything well and was as equally kind and caring. I feel nothing but sheer gratitude and thankfulness for how kind Patty, Aleena, and Leslie had been to me-forever indebted in gratitude and thanks to them. Because of Patty and Aleena are why I chose to make it all the way to this location to open my account and Leslie why I want to continue banking with Wells Fargo and if need be, come back to this particular location. Thank you, Patty, Aleena, and Leslie, I am forever humbled and indebted.
