“I have had a Charles Schwab Checking and Brokerage accounts for several years.. The reason I have their accounts is for International travel. Do all my business online and have never had a problem, I didn't even know they had in person service. So my 4 stars is for Online. It is apparent( from Reviews) that the Branch service is Systemically Broken. That is not acceptable.”

“We (my elderly parent and myself) met with a banker, Vianey. Our situation was bit complex (involving legal issues if not done correctly). Vianey was very professional, competent and kind. Her concern and dedication to make sure every thing was 100% legally accurate was very much appreciated. Our appointment ended up taking longer than probably scheduled for but we never felt rushed.
