“Other than the building being old and not really ADA friendly main entrance, I have been a long standing client of US BANK. over 10 years , I have US BANK CREDIT CARDS, I have had car loans, and Ive never had a negative experience. Actually just the opposite. The branch Managers of both the Redlands and Alta Loma branch have bent over backwards to assist me in any requests ive had.They also are extremely competitive on the rates for loans and offer there clients even better rates than walk in non account holders. I give them a 9,5 out of ten just because we all know no bodys perfect. I highly Recommend my local branch in Alta Loma ,corner of Archabald & Baseline . I believe the staff and the banks policys and rates are equally important . they excell in both of these ares.”
