Gave a fair quote for service, and to add, they had to do extra work to install, and honored the initial quote (other places would surely have raised the charge). Installation time was as promised too. If looking for reliable/fair/good folks/great work all around, I recommend Wrap Legacy. “I have a new 2021 Ford Explorer that I left the hatch up and then went to close the garage door. When I noticed what I had done I hit the garage door opener again but it was to late. I had a nice gash and dent. Went over and talked to Alfredo and he told me to get a hold of my insurance and then when he got the proper paperwork he would start to work on it. He had it done in less than a week and you can't tell where the gash was. This may be a small shop but I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants their vehicle done right. Alfredo is super nice and doesn't take forever to get the work done.”

“I'm so extremely happy I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast to repair my car. I was in my first accident and rear ended a truck quite larger than my Hyundai, since there was only damage to my car I decided to take care of it out of insurance. I spent about a week requesting quotes and received 6 total. The last quote I received was from Kevin, the owner, and I'm so happy I waited before making a decision. Kevin met me near my house to take a look at my car and prepare a quote for me since I wasn't able to make it over to the shop because of my work schedule. He was honest and transparent and just made the overall process really easy and comfortable! I never know when I'm being taken advantage of by other car companies especially being a woman but I felt comfortable asking Kevin questions. The quote I received was significantly lower than the other companies and even then Kevin told me to let him know otherwise because they are open to matching. When I pointed out that other companies quoted me for additional parts Kevin let me know his philosophy is to repair rather than just replace just because it might be easier, but it's more expensive especially for a customer paying out of pocket. I paid a deposit ahead of time to order the parts so the repair time would be quicker since my car was still drivable and dropped off my car with the technician who was also very nice. My repairs took about a week which is much quicker than I expected! Kevin kept me updated with texts the entire time and even sent pictures. When there was a change in the original quote and parts, he called me to let me know which I thought was very kind. This did not come with a price increase as one part I was originally quoted for turned out to be okay so it all evened out. When my car was all fixed, Kevin even came to me to drop it off in the evening after work! I don't know many car places that come to you for the quotes & deliver your cars and I thought this was great because they really help to work around schedules. I have to admit I was hesitant to go with Kevin first because there weren't many reviews online and I couldn't find much about the company. However, they are a new company (I believe this is his second shop) and he was the only one to provide me with his license number. Before him sharing this with me, I honestly didn't even know it was a thing for auto companies to be licensed. I would 100% have my car repaired here again, although I hope I never need to! It's obvious he truly cares about his customers and takes great care of their cars as if they were his own. My car came back looking even better than it did before my accident!”

“I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. I had been debating on selling it or fixing it and decided to get some quotes on fixing the damage, not knowing the extent of the hidden damage. “I stopped by to let them look at my daughter's 2015 Toyota Camry. It was cloudy when I left home and by time I arrived we had real rain. I parked out front and went in. I met Maribel at the customer service counter. I explained I had right side front bumper separated from rest of car but didnt know if there was further damage. I asked for time to get it inspect and then give me quote. Maribel immediately got up and went outside in the rain with me, checked out the problem and asked me to bring the car to the front door. As soon as I moved it, she came out again, inspected it, and actually put a couple of screws back in place so it would hold and not flap around --- all while working in rain. she came in and gave me a quote that was way more than fair plus she told me her "band-aid" service could last several months or possibly a couple of days. Very straight and no games. I offered her "rain money" but she refused. Special Thanks to Maribel! She is super professional sales person who knows body work from beginning to end.”

When I picked up the car, it looked brand new and that's coming from a 16 year old car. They went above and beyond by not only painting the damaged part but also blending the fenders and hood around it. To top it off they detailed the car and polished my headlights. “On New Year's Eve, my wife (this is her Yelp account) and I were on a holiday trip from our home in Palm Desert to visit relatives in Los Angeles, when our 1984 VW camper van began overheating due to a coolant leak. After calling my brother to apprise him of our trouble, he referred me to "Rocky" at Cobra, as my brother used to deliver auto parts around the Southern California area and he told me he knew Rocky, who runs the shop, to be an honest guy and a straight shooter. Well, I called Rocky and he was willing to help out an out-of-towner in a difficult situation. After listening to me describe the problem, he took time on the phone to give me advice on how to get the van back on the road without over-heating the engine, and told me he would take a look at it despite the late hour on New Year's Eve. We followed his advice and got back on the road, and fortunately we made it to our relative's safely that evening without having to stop for more substantial repairs. What was really impressive is that Rocky called me back, hours later, to see how we were doing, and offered to fix the problem on New Year's Day if I needed him to do so! Well, with extra coolant and care, we made it back home in our old van and were able to take it to our regular mechanic out here in the desert, but I will always be grateful for the time Rocky spent on the phone with me, for his helpful advice, and for his willingness to assist a traveler he had never met who was in a tight spot. It is really nice to know that good mechanics who are also good people are out there when you need them.
