Then I met JR and he went over everything that would be repaired and he gave me an estimate. Over the week that my car was repaired the communication i got about the status of my car from JR was quite impressive.
Picked up my car today and I was so impressed with the craftsmanship that JR's team did to restore my Hyundai Elantra Elantra.

“My family has always depended on Kerber and trusted Kerber to do the right thing. Their mechanics are well trained and always do a great job. I brought my car in for something kind of quirky. I had jumped the curb one day because I didn't see it at night. Turned out that about 12 hooks had fallen off around the base of my car. I feared for the worse, but I ended up very pleased that they quickly replaced all the hooks and only charged me a small labor fee. That's honesty. Stress gone. Thank you Kerber!”

“I had such a great experience at Mike’s Automotive and just had to share. They were getting ready to close in about 45 minutes when I called because I had just gone over a huge dip at high speed and something underneath my car had come loose. He told me to bring it by and they would take a look.
I had called another place first and they said they would charge me $35 just to look underneath the car and then go from there. Good thing I found Mike’s Automotive!
They checked it out right away. And they got under it and bolted it back on and they did it for no charge!
The owner is a really down-to-earth guy — honest, straightforward, and genuinely willing to help. While I was there, I got to talking with a guy who drives all the way from Arrowhead to get his car serviced here, and that definitely tells you something.
I love coming across genuine people like this, especially when you’re dealing with something as important as your car. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on and recommending Mike’s Automotive to my friends and family.
