Eli took the time to bring several styles and sizes directly to the fitting room and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We drove all the way from Palm Springs, and it was 100% worth it. We’ll absolutely be back to shop with Eli and I’m bringing my whole family next time. The jeans here are the BEST! “I enjoyed the service here very much. Build a stuffed animal with a special recorded option sewn into the animal while you're there for a keepsake. My sister just passed and her heartbeat was recorded and installed for the children left behind. It was a very adorable sensitive and delightful experience for the memory of my beloved sister. The staff were all very helpful and very into working with the parents children and couples trying to get their memories enveloped into a loving soft toy for future sake. Wow what a touching experience to witness. Thank you for the effort!”

“MUCH BETTER… so last time their was a tall guy and some other staff goofing off at the counter in this location and the service was lame. This time it was so much better! Their was a different duo at the check-out counter this time and the new guy I got was super respectful and nice! The store has some good deals, I came in looking for socks and got three high-quality pairs, $4 dollars each! I’m happy to say the store looked more orderly too! I’ll be returning.”

Also I seen employees making sure the clothes were properly folded and in its place. There’s so many choices of clothing to choose from and there’s always a sale going on. “This is a very beautiful local store that I have been to three times to buy gifts for my friends' baby showers. I've also been to the new store in Tustin. I bought maileg dolls and some books and clothes for my friend‘s kids. I really like some of the brands they sell, it has a lot of interesting stuff, and the material is good. “Located on 4th St. Plenty of parking in front. I like to browse at different stores because not all stores get the exact same product or some sell out faster the other places. I found several merchandise here that I don't normally see at the one closer to my home, which is nice because I'll probably come back here to pick them up. It's nice checking out items without the hassle of a sale person hovering nearby.”

“I've bought almost all of my baby's clothes from carters but online. They are having a great Black Friday sale right now. I had bought a lot of items about a month ago online when there was a sale, thinking the prices couldn't be that different in another sale. I was wrong. I asked their online consumer service for price adjustment but they only allowed it within 14 days. However the return window was 90 days. Make it make sense. I ended up buying all the items (plus some extras) online and found this store to return the old order and also pick up an item that was only available for pickup in store. The manager had to help find my order but it went with a hitch. She then helped me return the order. Make sure you have the email that says your items are shipped handy. It has a barcode that well be needed. The manager was so very nice. I was honestly embarrassed to be returning such a large order but she didn't give me even an ounce of grief. I so very appreciated that. The store was very organized and well stocked. I'll definitely be back to shop in store.”
