“I went to this location yesterday with my friend, and I just had to say that I have never received such amazing customer service at a clothing store. All of the staff I spoke with were extremely nice and welcoming, but Hannah genuinely went above and beyond for my friend and I.
Hannah was attentive and helpful yet not overbearing in the way that many sales associates can be. She was honest with us as customers while we were trying on jeans, and seemed to genuinely care about helping us find what we needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the products, proper care for the jeans, and common wear/tear and how to avoid it.
I probably ran her ragged with the amount of jeans I tried on, but she never complained and seemed invested in making sure I got the perfect fit. I ended up buying 4 pairs and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s rare that I find jeans that I like and that fit me well, so the selection that this store had, combined with the attentive staff was a god send.
Besides Hannah, my friend and I were also helped by another associate whose name I never caught. She had dark hair and a black floral tattoo on her arm. She was so friendly and talkative but had to go on her break so Hannah took over. It was refreshing to see staff work seamlessly together and make sure their customers are taken care of even during a shift change/break.
The staff were casual and friendly enough to have fun conversations with my friend and I, while remaining professional.
Overall, I had an amazing experience, love the jeans I bought, and hope that Hannah and the other staff members receive all of the kudos they deserve!!”
“Additional in-store discounts on top of the sale price used to be automatic. The cashier would scan the barcode on their coupon sheet at the register. No longer. Now, the customer must supply the coupon barcode from their phone app for the cashier to scan. Not as convenient, but I’ll adapt.”
“I didn't buy anything, but this was a really nice H&M. They had a really nice selection. Not the largest H&M that I've been to but it does the job. It seems like sample stores in this particular venue are on the smaller side.”
“Had a fantastic experience at Build-A-Bear Workshop! The process of creating a custom stuffed animal was fun, interactive, and memorable. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. There were plenty of adorable options to choose from, along with outfits and accessories to make each bear unique. The store was clean, organized, and welcoming. A wonderful experience for both kids and adults—highly recommend for creating special memories! 🧸✨💖”

“I placed an online order for pick-up at this location because they had the flannels I needed for a family photo shoot. The online ordering process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated the text notification when my order was ready. Since Ontario Mills can get extremely busy during this time of year, my goal was to get in and out quickly, and I did!
The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff provided excellent customer service. My order was ready and waiting, and the team was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience shopping at this Old Navy outlet. I’ll definitely be returning after the holiday rush.”

“This is a wonderful store. The products are very high quality, with a good selection and you couldn't ask for better customer service. I was having trouble finding good quality premie clothes on a tight schedule and Jennifer was able to help me find exactly what I needed.”
“Great place to buy western wear. The people treated me like family. I showed up in California with a duffle bag full of work close and purchased a whole new wardrobe here to include all the accessories.
I really miss the family atmosphere there but I had to head back to Texas.

Then we visitedCarter’s store and one of the shirts was not available in that store so the associate Marlene helped me look then she said she will help me call one of the other stores to look for the shirt and believe it or not. It was for six dollars she did go above and beyond for her client and we need to have more Marlenes’ ! Thank you you made my day and have a wonderful Christmas .”

The prices are low, but the quality reflects that, and many pieces do not last long. Sizing is inconsistent, and you often have to try multiple sizes to find one that fits. Even so, for fast fashion and simple basics, it remains a go‑to store for many people.”

“I've bought almost all of my baby's clothes from carters but online. They are having a great Black Friday sale right now. I had bought a lot of items about a month ago online when there was a sale, thinking the prices couldn't be that different in another sale. I was wrong. I asked their online consumer service for price adjustment but they only allowed it within 14 days. However the return window was 90 days. Make it make sense. I ended up buying all the items (plus some extras) online and found this store to return the old order and also pick up an item that was only available for pickup in store. The manager had to help find my order but it went with a hitch. She then helped me return the order. Make sure you have the email that says your items are shipped handy. It has a barcode that well be needed. The manager was so very nice. I was honestly embarrassed to be returning such a large order but she didn't give me even an ounce of grief. I so very appreciated that. The store was very organized and well stocked. I'll definitely be back to shop in store.”
