DICK'S Sporting Goods in UPLAND is a one-stop shop for all sports, exercise, licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. The knowledgeable staff and service teams are dedicated to helping customers find the perfect gear, from baseball gloves to fishing equipment. The store carries a wide range of products, including footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. Customers can find the lowest prices online and pick up their purchases in-store. The staff at DICK'S Sporting Goods are described as extremely helpful and nice. One customer had a great experience with Alec in the baseball area, who went out of his way to make their shopping experience great. Another customer, Trevor in the bike section, provided exceptional help in assisting with the purchase of a bike, accessories, and ensuring a prompt checkout. Additionally, James was praised for his helpfulness and knowledge in suggesting the right walking shoes for a customer. While the majority of the reviews are positive, one customer expressed frustration with being followed by African American employees and a comment made over the radio, which the customer found annoying. However, this appears to be an isolated incident and does not reflect the overall positive experiences reported by other customers.
