“Went in to pick up a set of wheels and bearings for roller derby. They were very helpful and even installed the new hardware. They also had spare washers for the toe stops and the tool I was missing from my kit. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Lot's of choices and variety. Highly recommend. Will be coming back again whenever we need gear. Even picked up a shirt and fun socks.”

“I gave Newman's a big task and they came through after other shops failed. My car was with them for one year and twenty days, which seems like a long time, but really is not considering what they did. During that time, they turned a shell of a 69 Camaro with hundreds of missing parts into a 90% complete show quality Detroit Speed everything pro touring/restomod. They did this while maintaining a steady workflow with every other car that came into the shop. They communicated consistently, listened to my ideas and provided logical input where necessary to get the car to where I wanted it to be. If there is something they weren't comfortable doing, that specific job was sourced to a local specialist. They know all the specialists in the area because they've been doing this for decades right here. They welcomed me to drop by whenever felt like it and I certainly did that and was always greeted with a smile. This was a great experience and I don't regret having Newman's build my dream project. I definitely consider Todd, John, and Steve friends and I feel welcome there whenever I walk through the door, even just to say hello when I'm passing by.”

“Store is laid out well, staffed by friendly, knowledgeable employees and regularly discounts items for which they'll accept the coupons I find in monthly mailers. I bought quality thong sandals today for $10 off $35.”

“Joe is the best! He’s always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t go to any other pro shop. He’s drilled three bowling balls for me, and each one fits perfectly. My game has improved a lot thanks to his expertise. I’m really glad I had the chance to meet Joe. 10/10—I highly recommend him!”

“Awesome experience with this store! Bought a set of golf clubs online, went to try them out in store before pick up, they were super knowledgeable, very friendly. Went across the street to dicks to pick them up and that was the worse experience of my life…manager tried to give me a brand new set of clubs in a plastic bag, no plastic wrapping on the club head. Clearly a test set. Was a jerk from the start. I did a return immediately and he told me he couldn’t give me a return receipt and he “has done hundreds of returns before and he’s not trying to steal my money and no one asks for receipt.” Called corporate got my receipt and right back to galaxy I went. Told them what happened, and they got me all set up in no time! Even gave me a discount off for the hassle. I will absolutely be headed back there for many of my golf needs!”

“Wasn't greeted by anyone but Katherine and a young man in the shoe department. She was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Honestly one of the only reasons this store was rated higher than 2 stars.”
