“Found this place when I was searching for certain brand lock set for my front doors, I have been going there for my bathroom remodels. They carry higher end, great quality product you don't typically find at Home Depot. I deal with Dominique, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the girl there, he follows up and calls you back which is a pet peeve with me. We only had some issues with no follow up or call back from the girl there, the rest of the guys are very helpful but my "go to" is Dominique. Also, there selection and options are excellent.”

“We are a high end tile and natural stone contractor. I ordered 2 Wedi square center drains from Designer drains. This was for the metal drop in grate along with the matching metal frame for the drop in grate. I asked to have one finished in Brushed Gold and Polished Chrome for the other. Both arrived well packaged, very well finished and exceeded both both our's and our client's expectations. A great resource for offering my clients something unique and different from the standard Wedi drain options. Will order from again!”

“I was helping my real estate friend to find some flooring for a home he was about to flip. I Yelped some places around the house he was working one, which was in Pomona, and this company showed up. We both went in to check it out. It had the flooring he was looking for at a really great price. The young lady helped us out and was able to explain and show all the different floorings they have. We instantly bought floorings for the project.They also have cabinets and other things for home remodeling to sell. “This review is long overdue! We bought our home in 2021 and have hired Ed and his team for just about every project since. Ed is wonderful to work with. He takes the time to plan the project out with you to ensure that he is meeting your expectations and is great about communicating throughout the duration of the project. Our home is an older home which came with its own share of issues. When situations cames up, Ed was great at conveying what he is seeing and alternatives we could proceed with. Our goal was to have a cleanly styled but low maintenance home and he worked with us to ensure we met that goal. He has worked with us on redoing our kitchen, our bathroom, our electrical setup, and updating our windows. I recommend him to anyone and everyone that asks. Once we are ready to start our next project, Ed will be our first call.”

“I am SHOCKED! I tell you flabbergasted that I had never reviewed this place before! This is my 2nd home away from home for all things culinary. I love everything about this small shop. They are consistently changing the products seasonally and this is a place you can come into and wander about to find that special gift for someone. I come here often for Nordicware or for Beekman body products. The gift wrapping here is so special (psst it's one of the reasons why I keep coming) their buyer takes the time to purchase little unique items that would go wonderfully in someone's kitchen. “I purchased a Water Creation Vanity and a satin gold faucet. I chipped the paint on the mirror and asked to purchase touch up paint. The service team sent me the paint at no charge. I had an issue with the cold brass body of the faucet. I contacted Water Creation and shared the problem. The immediately sent me a new cold water body with an appology from the Service Team for my problems. I have been plumbing for more than 50 years and this has to be one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a manufacturer. I love the vanity and the faucet is a top quality solid brass that looks great in my bathroom. My hat is off to Water Creation Inc. and the Service Team. Thank you so much for your help and support.”

“I was referred by a friend to Genuine Materials who just finished remodeled her dream house. I took some samples home, use the samples as a palette; put ketchup, soy sauce, wine, even vinegar on them and left over night. They pass all the test without stains and are very easy to clean. “My hot side bathroom sink valve was leaking. I went to all the big box hardware stores. They asked me what brand my faucet was. We bought the home 23 years ago!!!! Nobody could help. I finally remembered PWO from a prior interaction. The lady took one look at it, and immediately identified it as a valve stem from a Company that went out of business decades ago. Through cross referencing and knowing that other Companies have taken over making parts that used to be made by now defunct Companies, PWO was miraculously able to supply me with that almost impossible valve stem to find. Getting that part saved me a fortune in what I thought was going to happen.......buying all new faucet hardware and having to hire a plumber to fix my dilemma. PWO is THE go-to for your plumbing needs.”

“Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

I actually give them less than 1 star. these cabinets are crappy. mine are less than a year old and there are dings and dents all over. the doors will not line up no matter how many times i adjust it. I am not a rough person and take great care of my belongings. don't waste your money. you will regret it. Nadeem's responded to my review but of course she blamed everything on my contractor instead of taking responsibility. To add to my review, I have to agree with Sue S. on the rudeness of the staff. Costumer service is very important and this company has none.”

“I was at Home Depot looking for a shower part that they didn't have in stock and the guy said if I needed it the same day that Ferguson's would probably have it. I never heard of them before so I looked them up, called to see if they had the item in stock, and sure enough they did!I drove to their store and the cashier at front welcomed me and asked if I needed help looking for something. I showed him the photo and he went to grab it for me- talk about great service! Their pricing is a little more than Home Depot/Lowe's, but worth it if you need something in a jiffy. They also don't take Apple Pay, so make sure to bring your credit card or cash app”
