“I will update if things change. All in all a good experience. They have a good selection of decent vehicles to choose from. This place was one of the few places that would help us out and was nearby. John was very helpful and let us check out several vehicles as the one we wanted was not up to task. After a difficult decision we decided on another vehicle and John altered our contract accordingly with no hassle. I will say ask questions and do your due diligence as these are used cars. That being said, our experience here was very good and would recommend this place if you have credit problems and are in need of a vehicle. So far we are satisfied with our purchase and experience. We got a 48 hour option to back out (for a small fee of course) and a 30 day-1000 mile warranty on any mechanical or electrical failure which is more than I expected. It has been 1 week now. We will update as and if necessary.”

“Mike and Danny, names you can trust.In October 2022 I had my radiator replaced by MD's, cost $1000.In November 2023 I had a coolant leak. Mike and Danny checked it and found the radiator was leaking. The OEM radiator was a manufactured defect. An after market radiator was installed and my BMW is back on the road. Cost was $0.”

“Had a very slow leak in my driver's side rear. Arrived and was quickly greeted and they immediately worked on my tire. There was a metal screw which they removed and patched. Best fast/friendly service. They offered me coffee also as I waited. Would recommend them for quick repairs such as mine.”

“I've been a customer of Pep Boys probably for well over ten years. My most recent visit was to replace the light bulb in my car. Overall the service was great and the staff are friendly.The location were my car was getting serviced is still in a transition since the company decided to lease its space to Advance Auto Parts in 2021.I believe this is continuing to cause confusion for all customers of Pep Boys, including me.While I may not have all the details correct, this is my understanding. In 2021, Pep Boys decided to separate its service business from its parts business. The parts business would be owned by Auto Plus Auto Parts, while Pep Boys would retain the service s business.Pep Boys then leased the retail space that previously housed its parts business to Advance Auto Parts at about the same time.To many customers, it appeared as though Advance Auto Parts had purchased Pep Boys and that is not correct.Move ahead to Jan 2024, and the Pep Boys where I had my car service still under development. I say under development as there really wasn't a comfortable place to sit while they worked on my car. While they had 3 chairs, that's about it.I don't quite understand why in three years after making these changes the company is still working through this stuff. That sounds like poor leadership while the rank and file have to trudge through it.”

“They were fantastic.i went to have the vehicle checked for a leaking head gasket and similar criteria relating to gaskets relating to intake as well .it is a $70 process. When I returned on about an hour and a half I signed the completed work order and a charge of$0.00 was stated unbelievable , in these pandemic hard times.i couldn't have had a better ending to my day”

“Made an appointment and was late because of police activity...fun times but I called them and told them that I was still on my way and they were very accommodating. The only issue is the noises my car was making when I drove up the street and stopped at a stop sign. I called and was told to drive my car back and they would look at it the next day. Not the best neighborhood that is NOT happening. Then was told it was nothing they did that could be causing the noise (kinda true it is what they did NOT do). I was then told to drive home and to have my car towed back to them. I was not happy had a panic attack about safety and then inched my way back home. This is where my amazing mechanic made a house call and fixed the issue. Looseness”

“I called this morning to change the oil in my car and Jason picked up the phone right away, I was given an estimate and an approximate completion time. Came in and 45 minutes later I had my car, tires rotated and some light bulbs needed to be replaced but they asked me first if I wanted to get those done as well.
