Excellent customer service from the young female employee who helped me. She took her time, ensured I was comfortable, and offered me a chance to rest if needed, making me feel very cared for. I waited less than a minute in the waiting room because I used mobile check-in.

The 1st girl that was going to draw my blood said she was having trouble finding a good vein, and so she went to get another girl to try and she got my vein very 1st time and it was painless. I was so happy!
