“I had a slight problem with a food order. I sent it back, not thinking I'd be reimbursed. However the manager Mrs. VB ended up handling it for me. And I can be a pain in the butt. Thanks, overall a good stay.”

“I will start off by saying the manager is very polite. I was pretty tired after work and she didn’t hesitate to mention the early check in option and I chose that. The process was hassle free and simple. Got checked in quick. Positive attitude, honest, and direct manager. Not my first time here, I have been coming here for a while. Definitely recommend! Also they decorate the front lobby for different holidays LOL!”

“We’ve been here a few months and are very happy with our stay. The hotel has kitchenettes and laundry facilities which is awesome. The staff is excellent especially Jenna, Nita, and Deepika. They’ve make us feel very comfortable here and I highly recommend staying.”

“I want to compliment the gentleman that handles the breakfast service at the hotel. His name is Yichen and he does an excellent job keeping the trays amply filled with breakfast items and keeping the counters and eating areas clean and tidy. I’ve been to a number of Fairfield Inns over the years and they mostly do a good job with their breakfast service. But Yichen’s service is the best I’ve seen.”

“Keep Alphonso (the General Manager) employed at BW Heritage Inn in Vacaville FOREVER please! ? What a kind-hearted good man he is. He goes above and beyond for guests, as he did for me. He's an amazing individual. He's also a HUGE asset to the Best Western team. If he were my employee, he'd be getting FAT raises & bonuses CONSTANTLY! He's a GEM. And it is VERY RARE to find people that are that way these days. A REAL class act. Alphonso FOREVER! ✌️✊”

“According to it's price! I would say it's reasonably good. If your on budget it's a deal. During my stay here as I looked for an apartment and starting a new job! I had permanently relocated from East coast alot was a mess in my life! Sunil at the reception was the best person I could find! He understood my need and advised me accordingly! People get through low n ups and sometimes one needs that smile or treat to show him or her is human like any other. Thank you Sunil! Your greeting! Your walk to the door to give me a key meant alot for me Cheers.”
