She brings in an amazing aura and vibe to the store. Please promote her ASAP!!!! She deserves it .
I was also very in awe of the remodel the store had it looks absolutely amazing and gives it a more luxurious look and feel!!! Whoever the management team is , is doing a great job and def hiring the right people for the rebrand”

“Clean and organized store. Shoe area needs a little help had to move a bunch of boxes to find the shoes I wanted several employees walked by me and no one asked if I needed help. The only customer service I got was at checkout the lady was very friendly.”
“Don't get me wrong, the store is very nice. Everything is clean and organized and the dressing rooms are not full of dirty clothes, but it is a little confusing because when I was shopping for jeans, everything was in sizes OR, OS, and OO S. It was confusing so I am not trying to criticized the store, I am just trying to let people know.”

“Levi’s Outlet Store was one of the standout stores during our first visit to Vacaville Premium Outlets. The store is spacious, well-organized, and easy to browse, with a large selection of jeans and casual clothing.
I initially went in just to look around, but after getting help from an associate understanding the different Levi’s fits (505, 511, 512, etc.), I ended up buying a pair of Levi’s 511 jeans that fit exactly what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and prices were very good, especially with the Memorial Day sales happening during our visit.”

“I work in retail and hospitality and Jacky and Daryn went above and beyond for my return. I accidentally bought a wrong size chino pants at another Hilfiger store and as soon as I returned it, having a loyalty account, they were able to discover that I wasn’t honored the additional 20% from the other store and not only I was able to get the additional discount from the exchange pants but all of the items I purchased with it. That’s excellent customer service”
“I love this store not only because of the bag also the sales associates are super friendly and helpful. MJ outlet bags are cuter, more functional and affordable price than full price MJ. They do have some retail MJ bag for an amazing price too. Vacaville MJ is a hidden gem!! A must to visit!”

“Banana Republic Factory Store has a good selection of men's clothing and some solid outlet deals. During our visit, I was looking for summer shirts and found two that I liked at 50% off.
The store was generally easy to shop, although a few racks were not as organized as they could have been. Color choices were somewhat limited, but the pricing and selection made up for it. Overall, a positive shopping experience and worth a stop while visiting the outlets.”
“Nice clean store. A large variety of MK anything! Employees could have been more attentive. A handful of customers but no one was being helped. When they did assist me, they were pleasant.”
“The experience in here was amazing. There was a person named Maya who helped me pick at a nice outfit for my baby shower and she walked me thru the whole process. She ask what color I like and helped me bring my vision to light. All I can say is give her a raise because her customer service style is amazing!”
“Today was my first time visiting the Vacaville Tommy Bahama Outlet store. Upon entering I was so impressed by the cleanliness and orderly set up of racks and signage. The selection from swimwear to dresses to shirts, skirts and tops for both women and men is amazing! The prices are actual outlet prices! What is even more amazing is STEPHAN! While juggling other customers, he set me up in a fitting room offering me water and signed me up for the loyalty program at check out! One of the dresses I wanted was not available in my size so STEPHAN kindly offered to order it and have it shipped to my home. I appreciate how he respected my budget breaking down the prices after discount. I will definitely be back again!”

“Not a huge selection like I am used to. I have not been in years and there is not a lot of stock. The clearance sections take uo the whole back half of the store and I did however find those areas well organized.”
“My teen and I love American Eagle jeans but lately she has also been a fan of Aerie. We always have such great experiences and customer service in the store. We went in to American Eagle on Saturday and Ariel was working in the fitting room. I complimented her outfit and without asking she went and grabbed the jeans for my daughter.
