At the register, the kind worker, mentioned how I could go about canceling my online order (while it's in route to me I couldn't cancel but once it arrives in store I can call to cancel the order and get a refund). Once it was time to pay to my surprise the heels were an extra $25% off...basically free! Gotta love the Rack!”

Everything is clean and organized and the dressing rooms are not full of dirty clothes, but it is a little confusing because when I was shopping for jeans, everything was in sizes OR, OS, and OO S. It was confusing so I am not trying to criticized the store, I am just trying to let people know.”

She didn't rush me or make me feel pressured in any way. There was a variety of Christmas items and Polo Bears (the bears are my faves)! Lots of good deals right now due to Black Friday. Look for Atilla if you're shopping at the store, for sure she will provide you excellent customer service! The items at Ralph Lauren are good quality!”

Any 7+ items for 70% off your total purchase is wild—ANY item. Got a bunch of winter and cold weather gear ready. Sometimes the sales are good, sometimes it's decent, but it really just depends on the promo. Employees were nice tho, and considering it's an outlet, it's less messier than I expected”
