“Banana Republic Factory Store has a good selection of men's clothing and some solid outlet deals. During our visit, I was looking for summer shirts and found two that I liked at 50% off.
The store was generally easy to shop, although a few racks were not as organized as they could have been. Color choices were somewhat limited, but the pricing and selection made up for it. Overall, a positive shopping experience and worth a stop while visiting the outlets.”
“Levi’s Outlet Store was one of the standout stores during our first visit to Vacaville Premium Outlets. The store is spacious, well-organized, and easy to browse, with a large selection of jeans and casual clothing.
I initially went in just to look around, but after getting help from an associate understanding the different Levi’s fits (505, 511, 512, etc.), I ended up buying a pair of Levi’s 511 jeans that fit exactly what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and prices were very good, especially with the Memorial Day sales happening during our visit.”

Everything is clean and organized and the dressing rooms are not full of dirty clothes, but it is a little confusing because when I was shopping for jeans, everything was in sizes OR, OS, and OO S. It was confusing so I am not trying to criticized the store, I am just trying to let people know.”

“I work in retail and hospitality and Jacky and Daryn went above and beyond for my return. I accidentally bought a wrong size chino pants at another Hilfiger store and as soon as I returned it, having a loyalty account, they were able to discover that I wasn’t honored the additional 20% from the other store and not only I was able to get the additional discount from the exchange pants but all of the items I purchased with it. That’s excellent customer service”

“Today was my first time visiting the Vacaville Tommy Bahama Outlet store. Upon entering I was so impressed by the cleanliness and orderly set up of racks and signage. The selection from swimwear to dresses to shirts, skirts and tops for both women and men is amazing! The prices are actual outlet prices! What is even more amazing is STEPHAN! While juggling other customers, he set me up in a fitting room offering me water and signed me up for the loyalty program at check out! One of the dresses I wanted was not available in my size so STEPHAN kindly offered to order it and have it shipped to my home. I appreciate how he respected my budget breaking down the prices after discount. I will definitely be back again!”

“I once came here years ago and they had a huge sale section. IT WAS EVEN COLOR CODED! Next experience of my life! But after that, it has not been the same.
Recently came in because they said getting fitted for a bra is more accurate at Nordstrom than Victoria. However I got that mistaken with Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The nice lady was honest with me and told me I was the first to ask and tbh she’s never done one on someone and for that I’m grateful for the honesty and not wasting my time.”
“I went there with my friend on 2/22 and we both love hollister and spent an estimate of 45 minutes there. While we were there we found so many clothes we wanted to try on and the guy that was helping the fitting rooms was very kind and helpful. Even though we kept asking to go in every other time he had a great attitude and was always there to help. The employee’s at this store are always so kind but this employee stood out to us the most because of his great attitude and his kindness. Overall, this store has great employees, cute clothes, and a clean store and I will definitely be shopping here more often.”

“Not a huge selection like I am used to. I have not been in years and there is not a lot of stock. The clearance sections take uo the whole back half of the store and I did however find those areas well organized.”
“I really enjoy shopping at this Ross location in Vacaville. The store is always well stocked, has plenty of staff available, and is usually busy — which says a lot about how well it’s run.
That said, I do want to mention the restroom. I normally avoid public bathrooms, but sometimes you don’t have a choice. Walking into this one felt uncomfortable and unsanitary, and honestly a bit scary. I truly feel for the employees if this is also the restroom they have to use throughout their workday.
I hope the store can invest some attention into improving or updating the bathroom, because otherwise this is a great location.”

“The cutest store. I always find a minimum of 3 things everytime I go in.
The owner is so sweet, just a genuine person. You can feel it when you talk to her. A girl that’s got great clothing choices and a good personality? She’ll have all my business! If you can’t make it in person you can buy all the cute things online too which helps when the insomnia kicks in and you “need” a new fit.”
