“We had such a great experience here! This was actually our third attempt at finding the right shoes for my husband, and Joey, the assistant manager, was incredible. They took SO much time with us, did all of the different tests, asked a ton of questions, and really took the time to understand what my husband needed instead of just trying to sell us a pair of shoes. We finally feel like we found the right solution, and it was exactly the kind of help we had been looking for. Joey truly went above and beyond and was also just an absolute delight to work with. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about getting people into the right shoes. Thank you so much, Joey!! You are seriously so good at what you do. We’ll absolutely be back! ❤️”

“I love Under Armour. I feel there products are more performance based than looks. I especially love the outlet store. It can be feast or famine but when its feast... I totally rejoice! And they do teacher, first responders, and military discount which is a total bonus! Not to mention the 50% of everything sales ?”

“I own many pairs of Cole Haan shoes, but I still check out the Cole Haan brand shoes everywhere, including the department stores or the outlet stores. This one in Vacaville Premium Outlets is one of the Cole Haan stores I checked out the most. They have a great selection and more affordable prices in these outlet stores. The salespersons are very polite and helpful!”

“Giving Michael at the store a HUGE shoutout. I went in looking for tennis shoes for my son. It’s near impossible to find tennis court shoes anywhere. Michael remembered seeing some 2 weeks ago. I’d lost hope that they would still be there. He managed to find me a pair. Exceptional service. This kid is an amazing hire! He’s going places.”

“Such an amazing collection of clothes with the best prices. Instead of going to stores and paying full price for the same items, I came here and saved %50 on the whole store.”

“I know it’s the busy back to school season, so the store is STAFFED. I have never seen so many staff on the clock at one time, and it makes the DIFFERENCE. I think I was checked on 5+ times and was communicated to about my associate doing another task, but another would help me out. They always have deals, but every time I come the classic, authentic vans get more and more expensive. So annoying.”

“My wife and I stopped by the Crocs store at the Fairfield Outlet today. While I didn't initially find exactly what I was looking for, I was impressed by how clean and organized the store was. Even more impressive was the outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find what we wanted. They asked thoughtful questions and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit. Although I didn't find my original item, we ended up picking up a couple of great clearance deals. To top it all off, I discovered a pair of 49ers Crocs that I absolutely had to buy! 😂 A big thank you to the Fairfield Outlet Crocs team for making our shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. We'll definitely be back!”

“Ryan at the New Balance Factory Store was amazingly helpful. I was immediately asked if I needed assistance upon entering, and I was looking for a running shoe and another for everyday wear. Ryan helped measure my feet with Brannock device, provided a few options for me to try, and assisted with ensuring a proper fit. Throughout the entire shopping, Ryan was patient with me and gave me his shoe and product selection expertise. I will definitely return to New Balance for my future shoe needs. Please refer to sales receipt as proof and verfication of my shopping experience from May 4, 2026.”

“The experience in here was amazing. There was a person named Maya who helped me pick at a nice outfit for my baby shower and she walked me thru the whole process. She ask what color I like and helped me bring my vision to light. All I can say is give her a raise because her customer service style is amazing!”

“Clarks-Bostonian Outlet is a solid outlet store if you’re looking for discounted shoes and are willing to browse through varying styles and sizes. Like most outlet locations, inventory changes frequently, so you may not always find the latest models or every size available, but the pricing can make it worthwhile. During our visit, they were offering a “2 for $109.99” sale, and we ended up finding several good deals. I picked up a pair of Brantin lace-up shoes that work well for both casual and dress wear. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with locating sizes and answering questions about the promotions. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience with good value for the price.”

“Overall good prices, as expected the more popular items are still pricey even foe an outlet store. Customer service is good, staff constantly walking floor asking if they can help. Store appearance clean and organized.”

“I once came here years ago and they had a huge sale section. IT WAS EVEN COLOR CODED! Next experience of my life! But after that, it has not been the same. Recently came in because they said getting fitted for a bra is more accurate at Nordstrom than Victoria. However I got that mistaken with Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The nice lady was honest with me and told me I was the first to ask and tbh she’s never done one on someone and for that I’m grateful for the honesty and not wasting my time.”

“Just got some shoes, the new slip-in running ones from Sketchers. This is my first pair of shoes from this brand since my usual shoes are Nike or New Balance. I'll update further once I try them on and actually run in them, but I'm excited since they feel to comfortable amd lightweight. Customer service was top tier - special shout out to Billy who helped us pick out the perfect pair of shoes.”

“Just so you know, there is no 'can you check the back for xyz'; what is out on the floor is what you see (no shade). You can order more online though. Thankfully the employee found my size on the shelf (ya girl is blind ?), so we didn't have to order it. But it was really chill in there. I will say they have a good amount of supportive sandals. I was there for sneakers, and found some cute ones ??”

“Wow!! I am sitting in my car after today’s interaction. Amazing 5 star service from Ms. Emily!! She was sooo helpful in helping me find comfortable everyday shoes. We were able to land on the right pair! Thank you for your attentive spirit Emily. I hope this review reaches corporate level. Keep up the great work! Also wanted to shout out the cashier for his assistance. I wish I got his name :c”

“I enjoy the things I find here! I don’t love that everything is super packed in but I guess that’s tough when they always have sellers complaining that they don’t take enough of their clothes… they have a huge stock guys. And it’s always rotating. I think the buyers are doing a great job under that crazy pressure of everyone expecting certain numbers for their conditioned items. I also appreciate the lower pricing. I don’t enjoy the fragrance of the store, unfortunately I’m super sensitive to scents and it gives me a headache. No one else seems to have an issue with it though. I think there shouldn’t be a fragrance at all— but I fully recognize that it may just be me.”
