Fortunately, the employees in this store are well-trained and they know how to handle the crowd and still make your shopping enjoyable. The store is big and has lots of merchandise at good discounted prices. That's why they are super busy!”

“Ryan at the New Balance Factory Store was amazingly helpful. I was immediately asked if I needed assistance upon entering, and I was looking for a running shoe and another for everyday wear.
Ryan helped measure my feet with Brannock device, provided a few options for me to try, and assisted with ensuring a proper fit. Throughout the entire shopping, Ryan was patient with me and gave me his shoe and product selection expertise.

This one in Vacaville Premium Outlets is one of the Cole Haan stores I checked out the most. They have a great selection and more affordable prices in these outlet stores. “Just got some shoes, the new slip-in running ones from Sketchers. This is my first pair of shoes from this brand since my usual shoes are Nike or New Balance. I'll update further once I try them on and actually run in them, but I'm excited since they feel to comfortable amd lightweight. “My wife and I stopped by the Crocs store at the Fairfield Outlet today. While I didn't initially find exactly what I was looking for, I was impressed by how clean and organized the store was. Even more impressive was the outstanding customer service.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find what we wanted. They asked thoughtful questions and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit.
Although I didn't find my original item, we ended up picking up a couple of great clearance deals. To top it all off, I discovered a pair of 49ers Crocs that I absolutely had to buy! 😂

“I once came here years ago and they had a huge sale section. IT WAS EVEN COLOR CODED! Next experience of my life! But after that, it has not been the same.
Recently came in because they said getting fitted for a bra is more accurate at Nordstrom than Victoria. However I got that mistaken with Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The nice lady was honest with me and told me I was the first to ask and tbh she’s never done one on someone and for that I’m grateful for the honesty and not wasting my time.”
“The White House Black Market Outlet Store in Vacaville is a nice store with good quality clothing and an attentive sales team. The store is well organized, and most items are easy to find. The price of all items is clearly marked. The shopping experience in the White House Black Market is comfortable and enjoyable.”
“Just so you know, there is no 'can you check the back for xyz'; what is out on the floor is what you see (no shade). You can order more online though. Thankfully the employee found my size on the shelf (ya girl is blind ?), so we didn't have to order it. But it was really chill in there. I will say they have a good amount of supportive sandals. “Clarks-Bostonian Outlet is a solid outlet store if you’re looking for discounted shoes and are willing to browse through varying styles and sizes. Like most outlet locations, inventory changes frequently, so you may not always find the latest models or every size available, but the pricing can make it worthwhile.
During our visit, they were offering a “2 for $109.99” sale, and we ended up finding several good deals. I picked up a pair of Brantin lace-up shoes that work well for both casual and dress wear. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with locating sizes and answering questions about the promotions. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience with good value for the price.”

I don’t love that everything is super packed in but I guess that’s tough when they always have sellers complaining that they don’t take enough of their clothes… they have a huge stock guys. And it’s always rotating. I think the buyers are doing a great job under that crazy pressure of everyone expecting certain numbers for their conditioned items.
I also appreciate the lower pricing.
I don’t enjoy the fragrance of the store, unfortunately I’m super sensitive to scents and it gives me a headache. No one else seems to have an issue with it though. I think there shouldn’t be a fragrance at all— but I fully recognize that it may just be me.”
