My battery was shot on my iPhone 13 and this gentleman went way out of his way to get it done right then and there that they even came to meet me after hours when I got back in town just to pick up the cell phone after repair. Real skill and talent !!

“One male customer services representative (not Alex) was not very friendly. I waited for about 15 mins, when it was my turn to be called he purposely ignored me and took another customer, he didn't apologize or say someone will be with you shortly. I hope management makes sure he gets the customer service training he needs to properly assist other customers in the future. Thanks again to Alex he was knowledgeable about products, their services friendly, AND had fast efficient service would recommend 10-10”
