“They are all very polite and respectful of my needs. Unfortunately it was a bad day for me. On my way to a Dental appointment and my car broke down. Being a retired Auto Technician for over 50 years and ran an Auto repair shop for over 45 years. I did no what was wrong with my car, but I decided to let someone else take care of it. The hardest part of my day was having to sit out there on a Farm road for over 2 hours was unfortunately was incredibly difficult. Not triple A’s problem there was a lot of emergency calls. There are days like that. I at least had phone service but no internet. Had plenty of water and snacks in the car.

“I was always team Costco and never looked Sam's way. But over a year ago, it was by chance of a discount membership through work that I became a Sam's member. After my year membership, I was absolutely happy to renew. Sam's offers a variety of everything! Candy, snacks, wines, drinks, dairy, meats...you name it! I love their easy app check out (minus alcohol because you need to be carded!). I can get lost here for hours with no complaints. My experience with the gas lines have been pleasant. I am appreciative that the lines go in one direction ( enter and exit). You can use your app to scan and pay. It's #thankyouThursday and I wanted to shout out Sam's club for the awesome prices, great service and selection! We will continue to be members for years to come.”

“I was having car trouble a couple weeks ago, passing through town alone from the Bay Area. I had 2 1/2 hours more to go. A warning light came on saying “AC off due to high engine temp”. Also, my temperature gauge and AC stopped working. It was a hot Sunday, which was concerning knowing that most places are not typically open. I was so grateful to find out that Firestone in Vacaville was indeed open! I pulled up to the back of the building and was greeted by Paul and John. I have nothing but good things to say about these two gentlemen. They were very attentive, patient, caring about my situation being alone and far from home, and jumped right on the issue. They immediately ran some diagnostics and discovered a malfunctioning electronic programming issue. They resolved it, and even gave me the electronic error code that my car generated, so I could provide it to my mechanic when I got home. My engine did not overheat, and the temperature gauge and AC began working properly again! They didn’t charge me for the visit, and then sent me on my way with comfort that I would have a safe drive home. Thank you Paul, John & Firestone for your exceptional service!”
