“6/15/23: My CostCo Tire Center Vacaville appointment was set up at my convenience a week in advance by friendly professional technician Mark who processed my payment, explained warranty details, and patiently addressed my questions and concerns. Today my vehicle went in at 10:48 a.m. and done by 11:17 a.m., allowing me shopping time. My incredibly knowlegeable technical advisor today was Marcus who had been one of my Armijo English students in 2009. Though my Michelin tires purchased were not on sale, I am thoroughly pleased with the 80,000 mile warranty and the full range of auxiliary services guaranteed with this reasonably-priced set of 4 new tires that makes me so glad to be a long-time CostCo member! “Most people are very quick to post bad reviews but we had an excellent experience here so I wanted to share it. We were on our way to Costco and needed tires, saw this place so stopped in. We got four new tires, and alignment and an oil change. They got us in quickly. We're easy to negotiate with, and since we were going to Costco they even let us borrow their car so we could get our errands done while they worked on ours. Nothing but good things to say about this place!”

“Leo provided excellent customer service to me. He told me what the problem was with my car. He reassured me that my car would be fixed at the end of the day and I'm no expert on cars😅. I kept asking the same questions over and over and Leo was very patient with me and showed me what parts were what on my car and he reassured me on how Good Guys were going to fix my car. Got my car back at the end of the day. My car runs smooth. Definitely will be back for future repairs!”
