“I'm going to tell you why this store has earned my 5 star review.
I visited the Best Buy in Pinole CA. Earlier this same day and was very disappointed. However, I was determined to obtain the gift that I set out to purchase for my son so I drove across the bridge to your store.
For starters, my family and I were greeted at the door by not only 1 but 2 employees (the greeter and a sales associate). As we continued walking we were greeted again two more times and then asked if we needed assistance finding anything. I then told your employees about my previous experience and thanked them for restoring my faith in the common decency of people and customer service.
My daughters and I were walked over to the display case and were shown the items in question. Let me just say that Sam is awesome! We were given several purchasing options in different price ranges and he never low balled us or assumed our price range. This alone was very impressive. Who ever trained this man should be proud. Sam is a true salesmen and will go far in whatever career path he chooses to follow ?? Definitely as asset to your team!

“I had dropped off a friend at her dental appointment located near the Target in Vallejo and decided to stop by for a few things I needed. I had not shopped at this Target for some time and was pleasantly surprised that they are modernizing like the other Targets I had been to recently. I shopped mostly in their food and beverage section. I really appreciated that they are offering more of a variety of quality brands and healthier choices. Found some interesting items that I had not seen before. At checkout I really admired the young man who was helping us. The customer before me was not very pleasant to him for no apparent reason, but he remained professional and friendly throughout their interaction. And when it was my turn, he was very kind asking if I needed bags or was I part of Targets rewards program and just making and responding to conversation. Target is lucky to have a quality employee like this young man. Keep it up!”

“Clerks at 7-11, all of them really are always such nice people. The stores are always clean, well lit, and kept up well. Even when they are broken too often - shiftless people rob them & it's dangerous for the clerks. I always hope they won't close after such rough treatment. I love going there. They carry about anything you need or run out of - a real convenience store.”
“I was having a problem with adding my car to my phone. I went into a Location on Adm. Callahan lane, and in and was greeted by an extremely rude and un professional and I'm helpful man. I left the store frustrated and very concerned. I've been going to that location for 9 years. I'm a senior citizen and not as knowledgeable as younger people. I left there frustrated and decided to go to another location. I happened to find the one on Solano Avenue here in vallero, and the young woman Jay was extremely extremely helpful. She showed me how to correct my phone and my issue with my car being added so that I can receive everything. She also helped me with my ear pods, which was very helpful. I will from now on.
