“Harbor freight is harbor freight. Any review stating otherwise is not a real review, what else do you need to know...it's harbor freight. Basically it's sears.”

“Great service, similar to service you'll get from your grandma on your birthday. So, I had to pick up lumber after yard closed and Adriana had my materials moved in the store and even waited for me to arrive at 5pm on the dot. On a different occasion the manager was kind enough to exchange a piece of lumber for me. Great vibe from all the ladies at the front desk, lumber yard dudes are cool too. Great local business.. oh can't forget about Julio, he will get you the best deals. Forget home depot.”

“Chris was awesome to work with from the first phone call. I called ahead for deck board pricing and they were already about 10% cheaper than the big box stores (an extremely pleasant surprise)! When my dad and I came in, Chris really took the time to understand our project and walked us through better options. He helped us avoid a product that would’ve needed a ton of upkeep and steered us toward something that’ll last way longer with less maintenance. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. The yard crew was great too, and we even got next-day delivery lined up. Honestly just a great experience all around—highly recommend working with Chris!”

“Harbor Freight has come a long way from bargain-basement tools to quality tools at reasonable prices. They sell toolboxes that excel at a great price. Their torx sockets are high quality and don't distort with higher torque. I could go on... This store is a gem. They have great customer assistance, and the lines are never that bad, unlike other HF stores. The manager actually works the floor and exudes knowledge about the inventory. Employees share the attributes.”

“I appreciate the great customer service during my recent Vallejo Home Depot visit. Tasha, in the garden department, one of the most positive people on this planet is incredibly helpful not just to me, but to everyone. Mary K. in customer service went way out of her way to assist me with a special order, selecting the product and ensuring I would receive the actual product I selected and was so pleasant the entire time. The driver who delivered the product was also very helpful.”

“We had a great interaction during checkout with Ralph. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We didn't get a receipt so we couldn't do the survey, but he gets 10s across the board. Thanks Ralph!! ❤”

“I was happy that they had my favorite ZEP product in stock however the light bulb we went to buy weren't in stock. I did score some Arm & Hammer baking soda for $1/box. Self-checkout was interesting but a good trip to the store.”
