“We visited on 7/10/23, looking for a length of flexible spa hose to finish setting up a hot tub in our backyard. We had already gone to one Home Depot and had issues. We located the hose in question, but wanted to buy per-foot, rather than an entire roll of hose. This was something they had a SKU for, but they didn't have 8 feet of loose tubing for us. Eventually, we took the roll up to check out and explained the situation to Sylvia. Other places might insist that we buy the entire roll. Instead, she stuck with us, and found Jose, who could do the cutting we needed.Thank you to Sylvia and Jose for going above and beyond in order to make it work. It took a little while to get the right people, but they didn't abandon us, and they made sure to keep with it until we had resolution.”

Paint, gardening, electrical, plumbing, cleaning supplies, tools etc. It is super well equipped and the help is fantastic and great customer service every time. “I went here about a month ago and couldnt be more pleased. Old school..like when i was a kid and had to get parts for old school tools and fixtures of my moms stuff. Went to home depot about a week ago to get a part for screen door..the latch that handle clicks into. Omg..what an ordeal..they dont have them..you have to buy whole new handle with latch. All i had was a hundred..OLDER woman on outdoor cashier says..20 40..80..3..i said wait..she takes it back and reads it out right..then accuses me of stealing a red bull i had in my mobility scooter when i came in..IM 70 FGS...TOLD HER I LIKE MINE WARM..SO THEIRS REFIGERATED?..SHE SHOULD PICK IT UP AND TEST IF ITS WARM..ONLY THEN DID I REMEMBER...MY GOD...TRUE VALUE..OWNER . TREATS YOU WITH RESPECT..AND YOU JUST CANT PUT A PUT A PRICE ON THAT!”

When my dad and I came in, Chris really took the time to understand our project and walked us through better options. He helped us avoid a product that would’ve needed a ton of upkeep and steered us toward something that’ll last way longer with less maintenance.

“Great service, similar to service you'll get from your grandma on your birthday. So, I had to pick up lumber after yard closed and Adriana had my materials moved in the store and even waited for me to arrive at 5pm on the dot. On a different occasion the manager was kind enough to exchange a piece of lumber for me. Great vibe from all the ladies at the front desk, lumber yard dudes are cool too. Great local business.. oh can't forget about Julio, he will get you the best deals. Forget home depot.”

Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. They have a great selection of soils and top dressings for your garden. In addition, in stock is pretty much everything you need to install a new irrigation system from zero; pvc or abs piping. Hardscaping supplies are available as well Bend-R-Board in numerous dimensions, steel borders, tree stakes, and of course Rocks. Plenty of 'em, great decorative boulders, pretty pavers, the list goes on...
Let me emphasize the value you get here though, they are routinely and universally(as in across their entire inventory) a few dollars less expensive than some other nearby nationalistic soil sellers I have visited. A nicer price coupled with a better portion, if you're buying by the bag, the bags here always seem to be fuller than some other outlets. Buying in bulk it depends more on who is operating the loader...

I usually come to get martar clay last time I was here it was $12 it is now $20 I hadn't realized it had been that long !!! prices are crazy everywhere though I guess...except for our wage... anyway they good people here and the guy that loads up is pretty fast and on it having your material loaded and ready to go.”

“Many helpful employees with knowledge of the whole store. My only complaint is the check out. Today only registers with a employees open. There was just one person in front of me ringing up and when I was next the cashier simply walked away and went outside, not even turning off her light. The 2nd cashier saw what happened and rang me up next. He was so nice and treated me like a customer that was cared for.”
