“Jim is great. He runs Brand-X super professionally and has a deep understanding of network setups and concerns. They piggy back off ATT, so you do have to worry about ATT being spotty and shafting bandwidth lessees, but this is the case with many of the big companies too (many just use the others' infrastructure in a given place). Billing is honest and accurate, and services is second to none. The only reason not to use Brand-X is if you need guaranteed uptime like a business line, but otherwise they're the best in the Bay!”

Customer service was excellent! The associates were friendly and helpful, with no waiting. We were able to exchange our equipment without hassle. (The secondary TV box and remote needed to be upgraded.)”

I explained what needed to be accomplished in this visit and explained I only had a short time to spend there. Clifford accepted the challenge with zero hesitation. During the process of getting things sorted out, Clifford found me a couple of great promotions and worked hard to get me out of the store within the hour.
