“We just had our 2025 KIA repaired at Impact Auto due to an unfortunate incident caused by another driver. I was so upset and was sure after being repaired, it would never look like the car we just bought. Well, I was totally WRONG!
Sam was fantastic! Gave us a lesson in how insurance works these days, and kept us totally in the know! The repair was done a day prior to anticipated, paint color matched 100%, and car was washed and polished! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!”
“I think Rik is the real deal just a nice man, a good person who I am pretty sure does not even need to work at all but just loves to stay busy and helping people and enjoying his employees...I cant even think of anyone I have wanted to say anything like that about. My car was totalled and although I got it back safely driving salvage title car by own skills, cosmetically it was still very sad along with a leaking trunk from a hit and run Where other body shops would not touch it saying for instance "we only handle insured cars not salvage title cars" Rik was more "no problem we can fix this one" I asked for and did not expect anything but just "good enough" to drive and look okay if you squinted but instead? The work was beautiful! I mean like new looking! They were pretty busy so as long as I was okay with a bit of a wait he was good with doing the job....all I can say is it was totally worth the wait!
