Escondido Postal Annex has a lot of cool padded envelopes with many different designs ?They also carry a variety of pretty cards and other small birthday gifts. The young man that assisted me was about 25-30, dark hair and glasses. He was very patient with me as the item I dropped off fell out of its box. He was courteous and smiling and helped me out very quickly. I even said when I left this is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly I don’t know his name but this was at 11:15, today July 23rd, he was at the 2nd register from the left and I wanted to personally let you know that he is a valued employee. “I see some negative reviews and I’m really surprised. This is my go-to UPS Store and I’ve never had better experiences anywhere else. I’ve passed on other options (and other UPS Stores) to bring UPS or USPS drop-offs here because I trust the staff and there’s hardly ever a wait/line.
All of the staff are extremely friendly and patient. The pricing is no different than anywhere else (including Amazon returns that they have ZERO control of). I was not paid or otherwise incentivized to post this.”

Savannah was incredibly helpful and patient -she walked me through the process, helped me cancel it, and got everything switched over to UPS without any hassle. Because of her excellent service, I'll definitely be coming back here for all my returns :)”
