“I recently attended a wedding at Twin Oaks House and had a really lovely experience. The venue itself is beautiful, peaceful, green, and full of charm. It made for a great setting, especially during the ceremony and cocktail hour.
Everything seemed well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into the planning and execution.
Overall, it was a great spot for a wedding and my friends and I had a wonderful time. It was charming, relaxed, and memorable without feeling overdone. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a venue with character and a natural feel.”
“It's a lovely property with lots of parking, and space to spread out. There are lots of shady picnic tables to hang out around and enjoy your wine. They are DOG and KID friendly, and usually there is a bouncy house set out front to keep the kiddos occupied. They even offer a super fun hayride tour of the property and vineyards. The service when you get through the (usually short) lines to the bar is super friendly, and how are the wines? Well, wine is a subjective thing, so some I love: like their Sangiovese, and some I hate: like their Rosé. That doesn't mean the rosé isn't wonderful, I just prefer a big red to a sweeter light wine. So you may have to get a couple of different tasting flights to find your favorites. But all their wines are well thought out, good quality, and worth the drive out to find them.”
“My husband and I are so grateful for our day-of coordinator, Marissa, and the whole Trademark team for all the work they did on our wedding. Everyone made us feel so at ease, solving problems left and right and never stressing us with too many details.
The venue itself was beautiful, and the team was so willing to work with us to accommodate our requests and answer our questions. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to the Trademark team's experience and professionalism. Weddings are hard enough to plan, so it was reassuring to have a venue who knew what they were doing. It was such a plus that we could rent decor/furniture/etc. directly from their design catalogue. The venue helped set all of our decorations up and pack things away at the end of the night.
Marissa and the whole bridal team were my heroes for hyping me up before my walk down the aisle, for bringing us food and drinks in a private corner, and especially for every moment that they made a decision on my behalf when it was clear that I mentally, physically, and spiritually could not answer even the simplest question anymore.
Back when I was researching venues, I saw that some of the reviews spoke negatively about the parking, bathrooms, food, and responsiveness, so the next few paragraphs are for my fellow anxious planners:
So parking was a little confusing/concerning to some of our guests, but in the end my husband and I warned our bridal party about it and they (and Marissa et. al, those heroes) helped everyone get to where they needed to be. There is a short but winding walk up to the venue from the parking area, but there is also a closer ADA/VIP parking area that is directly on the venue. We had several elderly/unwell guests, guests with small children, and guests with physical disabilities all make it to the ceremony space without an issues.
Bathrooms were clean and easy to find, and the staff was great about tidying up any incidents right away. At least as far as my husband and I know, bathrooms were not an issue.
What I remember of the food was really delicious- the hor d'oeuvres in particular were amazing. We were so worried about not having enough food that we added an extra entree to our family style options, and while that probably wasn't necessary lol many of our guests appreciated the extra variety. We weren't actually hungry enough to eat much of the rest of the offerings, but we heard mostly good things from our guests. A few guests told us that the beef was a bit dry/overcooked, but that might have been our fault for requesting the accompanying sauce to be put on the side.
For responsiveness, honestly we did usually get an out-of-office automatic response whenever we reached out, but I can't say it ever became a problem.
Overall, I found the Trademark Venus team to be friendly, reliable, transparent, communicative, extremely organized, detail oriented, and experienced. The beauty of the actual Green Gables venue speaks for itself.”

“A nice Banquet Hall rental facility with a stage, full service Kitchen, Large Men's & Woman's Bathroom's, ample Parking with Handicapped parking. Nice quiet neighborhood off of Mission/ Rose..”
“Very cute place! We went for a retirement party. The room was large. Rustic looking. Cute barrel shaped bar area. Tables to sit outside. Nice and clean restrooms.”
“Drove all the way from Los Angeles to a concert here and was pleasantly surprised with the venue! The parking was free, although it was a distance from the entrance. We arrived right before the concert began, so there was no wait to enter, and we were happy with our orchestra seats in row L, to the left of the stage. I had a clear view of the stage. When it was over, leaving the parking lot, we were able to exit on the side street and avoid a long line of cars exiting the main street.”

“Rooms are reasonably priced, modest, remodeled nicely, and the AC and water pressure were top notch. Mini fridge and TV also worked great. Bed was very comfy. I'd recommend bringing an extra pillow if you prefer more than one to yourself. Property is well kept, quiet, quaint. Loved the pool. They allowed us to swim/hang out before we checked into the room, so we had it all to ourselves for a few hours. Really enjoyed the prime rib dinner and my bloody mary was one of the best I've ever had. Staff was friendly, service was great. This place is a gem. We will definitely be back!
Rooms: Modest and clean, has what you need. Cool AC, DirecTV, mini fridge and nice shower all in working order
Nearby activities: Right up the road from Harrah's Casino. Not far from other tribal gaming hot spots
Safety: Careful entering and exiting from the main road. The curve can be tricky.
Walkability: The property is nice for walking the grounds but not a place to walk to and from
Food and drinks: Restaurant & Bar open until 8 pm. Both have great selections available.”
“We tee’d off at 7:30 am, 7-25-24. Plenty of shade if you look off the beaten path. The greens started out softer than I expected, and by the end of the round, they tightened up. Great variety for tee box locations, fun elevation, and very reachable or 5’s. Drove the green on a few park 4’s from the whites. Met Steve, one of the greens keepers and he was awesome! Hit em straight Steve! The pace of play was slow until we passed a 4 some who openly lets us play through. Didn’t see another person after that. Tons of fun Boulder obstacles, dog legs and elevated par 3s. We had a lot of fun.
The kitchen was closed, but we heard the food is outstanding. Looking forward to coming back soon!”
“Been going here for 50 years. Pleasant drive, nice location and store. The fudge itself is worth the drive. If you go in October, go early. It gets pretty nuts. Go when they have something else going on like craft fairs / art shows, etc. Remember, feed the animals!
Okay. Here is an update. I DID forget how crazy it is in October. I also forgot about the $10 parking charge. I won't do that again, and unless you have children or out-of-towners, neither should you. Go in the off season. Parking is free then, but don't expect to see any animals. They may be gone. The enclosures are gone as well. Bummer.”
