“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“Really easy to order a car and have it delivered to Hotel. Picked up the phone (yay). We only decided to order a car the night before. Met at hotel and the paperwork was super fast. Octavio was super cordial. He took the time help set up Apple car play and answer questions about the car. BMW was super clean. And! Return was stress free. We left car w hotel valet and Beverly Hills Car Rental was so accommodating to pick up the car as we checked out already. Highly recommend Beverly Hills Car Rental!!”
“I rented a car from La Elite Rentals and the experience was one like no other. I’ve rented from several other companies but the communication and ease of getting into a vehicle with this company was unmatched. Any questions I had during the trip were answered quickly and there were no hidden fees whatsoever! The price that was initially stated was the price I paid in addition to having unlimited miles. I was able to do Uber Eats & Door Dash in the car which allowed me to make back the money I paid to rent the car as well as pocket some money! 10/10 experience! “Very nice & clean location. Cars are washed on site and cleaned out for every renter right before pickup. I just had to rent while my car was being repaired. The day of my appointment, the only car left was pretty big for just me and it was a Friday. They told me to take it for the weekend, come Monday they’d have a fresh inventory and can switch me out. They kept their promise and that Monday switched me to a more comfortable car for the remainder of my repair. I was in and out in ten minutes. Every staff member I engaged with was kind and very friendly. Thank you!”

“Some stores are amazing, like the 8438 Reseda Blvd store, others dissapoint in their customer service. Bad experience with 6230 Sepulveda Blvd. where I picked up the rental, even though I discussed the need for a ride after renting it from them, and the manager said it wasn't a problem, 2.7 miles away but when I called to let them know my truck was done, they wouldn't drive me to my mechanics, if I dropped it off there, (I don't believe I was talking to the manager) so I went to Reseda, and they were more then happy to drop me at my mechanics”

“Visiting from Dubai. This location was within walking distance from our hotel and Enterprise has been a favourite for more than 20 years. We rented for two days. We were helped at the counter by Andy and Micalah. Excellent service. There were some delays related to a "key" but eventually everything was sorted out.
On the return ran into an issue- there was a parade in that area of LA which stopped the access to the Enterprise location. Andy was a star- he went over and beyond to help out. Eventually I had to leave for the airport - and my wife returned the car- he was super helpful. Usually my wife doesn't care if I write reviews or not- this one she insisted that I write one specially calling out Andy.
