“Been coming here for many years, these guys are the best when it comes to service and hospitality, recently just purchased laminate for one of my personal projects and couldn’t be happier, definitely check them out!”
“One of the rooms in my house flooded due to a water main leak. What started as a small project turned out to be quite expensive. Thank goodness there are still wonderful people who genuinely care about their customers. Arsen is one of them. He went above and beyond to help me find a similar match. Arsen, you are a true gentleman.”

“It’s a shame that this review will only be one in a group of many, because our appreciation and gratitude for Jack and Mike and the service they provide should be weighted much, much more. My family endured a 2yr long legal battle with my HOA over water intrusion and mold in our flooring. Jack and Mike couldn’t have been more patient and understanding through the entirety, going above and beyond with legal delays and twists and turns to make us at least feel secure and comfortable with what their products would eventually deliver. They had no business interest in dealing with our legal mess, but being the kind people they are, always extended nothing but patience and kindness. There could be no better company for your flooring and window treatment needs. Jack, Mike and everyone at Custom Blind & Carpet will be there for you for every possible hurdle. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!”
“I had a GREAT experience with Lester Carpets. They are great communicators, fairly priced, and did a spectacular job installing a stair runner. Highly recommend.”
“Ara is the nicest person. We bought a carpet from them when we were renovating our home and he went out of his way to make sure everything went well and even stopped by personally. It’s hard to find people who care this much”
“We went into S&J for the first time today, and were tremendously impressed. Jill helped us, and was a consummate professional. She was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable - and the store's selection is exceptional. We were especially appreciative of how there was no hard selling involved, and how she really listened to what we wanted and provided direction to getting what we need. We feared that retail experiences like this were a thing of the past, but not at S&J.”

“Tufenkian, IYKYK, rugs. Purchased through the Los Angeles showroom. Lubomir Jordan, the shop manager, was fantastic! To assure that we were making the right choice he had a 6x9 shipped to the store so we could check it out in our home before purchasing. Soooo helpful. Lubomir has stayed in touch throughout including sending us tracking information. Tufenkian and Lubomir, the best.”
“Carpet Depot rocks when it comes to prices and install! Clint's attention to detail and the crews are always a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Carpet Depot for any floor installation or repairs!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Mike at ReFloors and I couldn’t be more thankful. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about flooring options. I knew right from the beginning that I didn’t need to go check out any other stores. He was very attentive and took the time to understand the design of my home as well as what I was looking for. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about condo HOAs and their requirements, which made the process less daunting. He presented a good range of options, colors, styles, sizes, and price points. In the end, I was extremely happy with the option I chose for the floors. Every time people come into my new home they complement how great the floors look and I send a thank you to Mike! This review has been long overdue but I couldn’t be more earnest in how great my experience was. It has been great to recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a floor guy. And a bonus to the experience: Due to my contractor’s delays, the site wasn’t ready for the floors in time and Mike kept the flooring in storage until it was ready - it was very much appreciated. Oh, and he also went above and beyond to always take my calls to answer questions about installation, cork underlayment, and glue options. Thanks Mike - appreciate you!”
