“House Automotive rocks!!! I called up John at the last minute for my 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera. There was an error message that was appearing on my dash about my front right marker light. The error message appeared then went away…I sort of thought it was just a bulb replacement. I showed up and a technician checked it out, replaced the bulb, and I was good to go!!! I’m bringing my 911 back for a safety inspection and then a servicing. They are the best!!!!”

“I found Automotive Instincts through reviews online and was very satisfied with the service. I needed to replace some spark plugs and do a valve adjustment on my 2009 Honda Fit. I spoke to Danny who was very helpful and got me an appointment the next day. He was thorough in the initial discovery and explained all of the work that was done after. The place seemed pretty busy, but was really well run. I will be coming back for any future work.”

After I got scammed by another shop, I went to Eurospec and Cyrus and the team fixed everything, gave me a lower quote, faster service WITH INTEGRITY and a better warranty. The other shop said I needed a $5000 replacement part and Euro took a better look and fixed the actual problem instead of looking to make a quick buck like so many other shops. Cannot thank yall enough. Do yourself a favor and do not take your Porsche anywhere else but Eurospec!”

“Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”

“I purchased a remanufactured transmission from Sun Valley in 2024 for my 1998 W163 ML 320, which is my personal daily driver. The transmission started failing before the warranty expired and I notified Marc about the issue via email. Marc immediately replied without question or hesitation that he would be happy to send me a replacement. It was about as trouble, free and painless of a process as it could be. I am retired from the automotive repair business for dealerships, (not MB), and understand that man made things break, so definitely understanding of this failure. I was more worried about how it would be handled. Again, it could not have been handled any better by Sun Valley and Marc. The replacement transmission arrived at my repair shop with no issues. I really want to commend Marc and his business on how I was treated as a customer, I was definitely treated right. I highly recommend that if you have an older Mercedes-Benz vehicle and it needs a remanufactured transmission, to purchase it from Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions.”

“I have two separate experiences with Young’s Auto Repair that were very positive and for so long I drive in Los Angeles I will go to him and recommend Young’s Auto Repair for fixing and what not.
Experience one: my car had a service error that said that gas fumes were leaking from my gas tank. A smog issue. I had initially went to a different auto repair that with their smog diagnostic tool said they’d need my car for over night and it would cost 200+ but they didn’t have space and to come back.
I went to Young’s Auto Repair where John assessed the situation and said I need not any sort of fixing and that the smog issue was most likely from not screwing on my gas cap on tight enough. This was all within five minutes. Although the other mechanic may have come to this conclusion upon further examination, his failure to do so initially makes him inferior to Young’s Auto Repair.
The second is more recent. My splash guard was bent and scratching the floor when I was braking. I initially just wanted to get that clipped back onto my car but John said I needed to also replace my brakes and rotors (I haven’t touched my brakes in 100k miles ?) so I knew there was no upselling involved. He did all three services in a professional and timely manner and I was able to go to work after. He also recommended I order my own parts for some other issues I had and to come back in to get them fixed.
Overall each experience I have had has been very positive and has someone who is not car experienced it’s a relief to go somewhere where I am not getting scammed. There is integrity I can sense in John.”

“I was looking for a shop to install shocks and springs w/ wheel alignment and was getting quoted over $1k, sometimes even close to $2k, from shops around the area like LA Tire, Pro Tire, American Tire, etc. Then I found Frank’s Auto Center and met Everth.
Super honest guy, really skilled at what he does, and charged me a fraction of what everyone else was asking. Not only did he do a great job, he got everything done same day. I dropped my car off at 11am and it was ready by 3pm. That’s what you call a skilled mechanic! Props to him ?
The environment feels like a real traditional mechanic shop in the best way possible. I got to talk with Frank, the owner, and hear about the history of the shop. Super cool guy. Also met Herman who was knee deep in someone's engine working away. You can tell these guys genuinely care about what they do.
