“I called this location to ask if they do battery installs and spoke to a guy called Loise who was very helpful and patient, he asked me several questions about my car and said they would be able to do that for me. I came by the store and Eddie and Johnathan were awesome. They spent a while removing the battery and replacing parts that had been affected by corrosion. I have been coming to this location the last 3 years since moving to the area and the staff are always great and super helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend for all your car needs.”

“I called to get a new wiper. I spoke to Kevin who was so professional and pleasant. I got to the store and he went and got the wiper . I paid him and asked if it's easy to put on at which he said, "I can do it, it takes a second". Now that's customer service. I'm a senior citizen and he put a smile on my face . This employee went beyond what he's required to provide... a little customer care can go a long way. I highly recommend this store and of cause "Kevin"”

They're very helpful in determining if they have a part available, and if they don't, they can order it for you! It will usually arrive the same-day or next-day. They will tell you. The store is kept clean and presentable. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, which is appreciated. Their service is efficient and attentive. I've been coming here consistently for the past month because of my car's maintenance needs. O'Reilly's has come through every single time! I also appreciate that most of the parts I received either have an extended warranty (3 years) or lifetime warranty. That gives me a peace of mind with all of my purchases. I definitely plan on returning to this location - they are so helpful!”

“I have know Bob for more than 50 years, he was recommended to me by Manue friend who was a taxi driver. Bob a has a great knowledge about batteries including the electrical system that covers generator , alternator. He will alway check your battery to make sure of the problem. “Went to this location earlier today to check if they could help with replacing my headlight & tail light on the passenger side. Mya helped me initially and was great. She was helpful, honest and professional. She let me know I would have to seek additional help with the head light because it required extra equipment to reach, but she was nice enough to clean my headlights and check the tail ones for me. Getting it off was a little tricky so Javier came in to help us out. He was just as great! Javier got the last screw out for us and helped to finish the job in a matter of minutes. The staff here is very knowledgeable, fair and eager to assist however they can especially Mya & Javier! Thanks to them my light is fixed and I have a sense of relief while driving.
