“The shop is newly managed (don’t pay any mind to the reviews from 6 years ago), Matt and Jay are so great. They kept me up to date on everything and took incredible care making sure my car got original parts and not aftermarket as insurance would have wanted to cheap out on. My car was returned to me gorgeously detailed- I don’t think I’ve seen it that clean since I got it. I don’t usually take time to write reviews, but they truly went above and beyond for us. “I had been wanting to get the scratches and dings out plus a paint refresh I just wasn’t sure if I could swing it financially at the moment. I was recommended here by a trusted friend and I walked in and Karina took great care of me at the Van Nuys location. She’s very nice, no fluff or over selling which I appreciate. I’m a straight shooter sales guy, I’m either doing it all or not at all kind of customer. She was very knowledgeable and good at managing your expectations of the process. We settled on a price, they had a sale going on and I committed to the premium package. It took about 4 days to get it done, I got a cheap rental.
