“Great service for goups. And hot foods are very homey but the outside services are bad. who arrests inconocent homeless people? Overall some of the management in the housing programs are rude and need to be more settling.”
“Life saver, literally!!!!! Once they accept your case, from my experience, there is an immediate sense that you are not just statistics that add to the homeless population. Most tenants can not afford legal representation, while the majority of landlords do. You are automatically behind before getting to court. This huge gap is closed by Basta. Talk about letting you BREATH AGAIN!They are respectful, professional, competent, compassionate, and very clear in their assessment of the case in very understandable language. I could continue.
