The service department doesn't have an opening to fix the air conditioner in my Navigator for the next nine weeks. I called yesterday 8/30 and was told the first appointment available was 11/1. When I pressed that it is over 100 degrees she found an appointment 10/20. My Navigator will be serviced elsewhere early next week.
