He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “Honestly i have nothing but positive things to say about this store, Dae and Chris are two of the best store owners and their staff is always super active in the community and even join in sometimes to fill in spots for matches, their great. i hope they are extremely successful in the coming years. They have Star Wars(starting march 1st), MTG, Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, and One Piece matches every week, and they keep their prices decent especially during the holidays (specifically their amazing black friday deals!)”
“An appreciator of the creators, players, and innovators at Paper Hero's Games - a small board game, comic book, novelty collector and table game shop, including trading card [Pokemon, Star Wars Unlimited, Flesh & Blood, etc] + role playing [like the classic D&D]. I've stopped in to check out the inventory and collections, which is super limited on the comic side, okay for graphic novels, but truly excels at Table Top games. The people are beyond friendly and I do recommend checking it out. I've gotten gifts for friends and a new game or two. PHG has grown and changed over the years becoming a super social card collector, player and topside gamer spot with events as well as tournaments. It's no purchase for entry to play games. Someone on duty might be right up front or getting their Loracna on... a newer growing Disney based trading card game. Their Facebook or Instagram being the place to keep up with the latest, not to mention their sibling stores near Sawtelle, Los Angeles, Santa Clarita and a new (coming soon) location in Huntington Beach. Parking is a small share lot with Nat's Early Bite Coffee Shop, Gift Worx, Oswaldo Lifestyle Fitness, and a few others in this Burbank [Blvd] Plaza mix. Way more parking options on the street with few restrictions [some 2hr limits].”

“I was looking to find some community in my neighborhood and came to Turn Zero Games to see if there was anything cool I could get involved with. I'd never played Magic or D&D before but was directed to their discord where I connected with a weekly D&D group! Now I'm there a lot, I'm learning MTG & Lorcana and I also just really like hanging out with the people who work there and the regulars. The environment is very chill and welcoming, the people are funny, and they have a TON of board games, TCGs, and mini games. The discord is super informative and their website is great too you can order online for pickup if you want. They also have great events.”

“I was able to purchase two magnets from this store. It is accessible from the Hollywood Walk of Fame area. A ton of products to view and look over. The only con is the magnets were a bit pricey with each being $9.99. There's a lot of different products and something for everyone possibly regarding souvenirs.”
