On sunday, (the only day my son and I can go together). I wanted to get an early upgrade to the new flip 7. My local spectrum was closed, so I had to go 8 miles to the San Fernando store. I was told they did not have any in stock and that I should go to another higher volume store where they may have one. Mind you, you can not call ANY spectrum store to ask if they have any in stock, cause I called before driving all over socal to find one. Next, we went ANOTHER 8 miles away to the Van Nuys store. There were 6 people waiting and 3 employees. Now we have to wait what looks like a long time. What if they dont have one in stock?? I hate to do what my son did but would you wait till your turn? He asked an employee before he called the next in line to find out if they had any in stock, so not to waste time waiting if none are available. The very nice man said they would look the next time they go in the back. I thought that was more than fair, so not to interupt the next customer in line. After only a few minutes another nice man came to tell us he overheard our request and went to check for us and they do not have any in stock but I could get one sent in 2 business days! Really? The San Fernando store lady didnt tell me that! ? After only a few more minutes, it was our turn, I was shocked how quickly these men got through the line. Sylvester was very friendly and explained all of our options very well, and which would be the best deal, and he was very patient when we asked questions. I just received my new flip, in 2 days AND 5 hours earlier than the email said it would be delivered. The customer service at this store is exceptional! I will drive 16 miles again just to have these men for all my spectum needs!”
“I bought my phone from Consumer Cellular from what I've been told is they are a subsidiary who gives people phones from other entities so I was giving Boost Mobile I had to go into Boost Mobile get a PIN number give it to the lady so that she can hook me up for auto pay she did a very good job I was so grateful for her help the store was clean and they were both respectful thank you boost mobile”
