“I had issues at Valvoline during my routine oil change. They told me I needed to replace the threads on the drain pan. It's always hard for me to find a good, honest and reliable mechanic especially as a woman not wanting to get taken advantage of. Michael was beyond helpful and honest during the entire process. Turns out Valvoline made a mistake and was an easy fix for Michael and he charged me nothing.
